No this isn't a complaint about the game. A few weeks ago I bought a second account and I was charged $19.95 twice. I've sent 2 emails and I've received nothing back. I want the one charge of $19.95 refunded to me. I was trying not to post this in the forums but I feel like I don't have a choice. I live in the USA and I don't want to pay for the international phone call. Hopefully someone will read this and I can get this situation solved.

You should file a other petition about this in the billing category.

If you send us an email you get an auto reply back saying that we don't accept petitions via emails and that you should file a petition. Your spam filter probably blocked our email.

If you like Eve, then you might want to suggest getting a 2-month subscription for the "screw up" instead.
I would guess moving money back is some annoying mess with banks and stuff, so a 2-month subscription might be easier for CCP and you would get it a bit cheaper.
Its a probably a win-win for both you and CCP. :)
