With Xfire running and if you have 2 or more accts running, the Xfire client detects the 2 instances and clocks for both, so if you play for 2 hours, it clocks it as 4 hours of play. I have sent an email to Xfire about this situation, and I am making a post here to show CCP it aswell.

Yes, but since all you need is >2 hours to qualify, who cares if you have 3000 hours, since they only care if you have more then two.

actually, 2 hours qualify you for 3rd place, but once you get to the 40+ hours you will qualify for the 1st place prize.

This, to be honest. Just leave xfire and Eve running while you are work and come back and play. You can clock 40+ hours in a few days if you are that worried about 1st prize.

You don't actually need to log in.

X-fire picks up when eve is started so you could in theory clock up the hours just by having the log-in screen displayed.

i clocked my 40+ hours to qualify for first place in just 3 days, but then i have no life and spend all my time on my computer.

hopwever i am worried they will disqualify me and tell me to get a life seeing as if i win a prize it will only make my gaming addiction worse
