If you are looking to make a large donation that will help many players in the long run, i would suggest eve university - they are a massive corporation dedicated to helping new players and teaching them how to survive and profit from all areas of the eve universe. As a former member myself, i can think of nothing better to donate isk to.

If your not familiar with it, its a corp that trains nubs old & new, its not supported by CCP in anyway and thus very deserving; if for no other reason than to have made privateers cry like babies on the forum over (believe it or not) their use of war dec mechanics. |

I'd never heard of Eve University unitl I read this thread, not to mention the thought of an eve player being "charitable." I guess you could say that this thread opened up my eyes.  Eve U sounds like fun! I wish I'd heard about it earlier, but as they say: it's never to late... |
