Small expansion, small trailer.
After all, what are they going to show in a full trailer? A convoy of cloaked transport ships? A gate with no gatecamp? Ships going slowly? ;D |

A 3 minute action packed trailer with the ORCA!
It can start out, just flying through a normal asteroid field. Then we come across a couple Hulks and a Revelation mining the evil Veldspar. Use a soft, soothing musical score as we watch. Then we pan the camera and see an Orca overhead, supervising the entire operation. Music switches to heavy metal. Watch some fast paced shots as the Orca scoops up cans and supports the miners. Maybe even through in a lens flare for that little extra. |

I like how they put more storyline into the trailers but I'm a tad annoyed at the fact that there's a lot of "FX" going on which simply aren't true to the game for the sake of coolness.
It's like a getting a new director for a sequel to a movie who completely butchers the initial ideas and subtleties that made the first one so great (ie, 99% of all sequels).

I don't like this teaser...
The Gallente Navy are just a bunch of hotdroppers. Pansies.
Besides, Eve Never Fades is by far the best Eve trailer ever and nothing is going to replace that for a while. |
