I was pooring over the mechanic skill to see where I should go and I came across some of the Nanite skills. Can somebody explain to me what the Nanite skills do? Are there limitations? How to use them?

Thanks!

They only affect the use of nanite repair paste, which is used to repair damaged modules while in space (usually from heat damage from overheating).

You use them by deactivating (NOT offlining) the module in need of repair, have enough nanite paste in your cargo, then right-clicking the module and 'repair' it, then wait for it to finish.

Hehe I think u need to know just a liiiittttllle bit more--first paste is useless unless u can use the overheating function on your ship. To use overheating, u have to train Thermodynamics and to train that, of course, just a fewwwww secondary skills are needed like Energy Management to lvl 5.
