This, the highlighted portion -- I would actually support. Anchorable "Naming" Beacons that give the owners of 0.0 systems the power to call it something other than "y0-n00b" would give pilots small targets that are actually worth fighting over.


Unfortunately, people would give them joke names. And only joke names. No one is creative enough to think of something that can't be brushed off as a joke.

Just look out outpost names, and see how many are serious, as opposed to "lol omg bbq lol" station names.

- Final highsec boost goes into motion. Now, when attempting to shoot another player in highsec, the module will simply not activate. Some sort of "Your weapons are jammed due to the security status of this system" message will appear.

- Lowsec finally improved! Now, you may toggle a "PVP Flag" so that if you wish to mine or rat in lowsec, you may do so without those pesky PVPers interfering.

- Wardec issues addressed, and moved to an instanced "Arena" where 5 of the same ship type may "honor duel" each other to determine who wins the war. "Victory Points" are awarded and may be spent on faction items from CONCORD. To make things fair, the losing side will also receive points; we can't have them getting discouraged.

- Ship insurance removed completely. Instead of dying, ships now go into "Reinforced" at 5% hull, and emergency warp to the nearest station, where they may be repaired for a few gol-, er, ISK.

- Autopilot through any security status is now done with an unbreakable cloak, to insure that no one loses a ship when not around; it just isn't fair to kill someone who chooses not to fight back.

- Player Pirates were too strong and needed a nerf to be in line with other farmables. Now, if your security status drops into the negative, your UI is reduced to two options: "Orbit Slowly" and "Shoot". This should make combat exciting for those that cannot memorize various "tactics", which were overpowered to begin with.

- A new anchorable "Highsec beacon" has been added. This may be anchored in any 0.0 system, turning it immediately into a 0.5, and gradually scaling up into a 1.0. Shooting this beacon results in immediate CONCORD response. In addition, the first player to anchor this beacon may name his/her new High Security system.

- Players were often getting into newer ships without first raising standings. Fixing this, you must now be capable of level two missions to fly a cruiser, level three to fly a battlecruiser, and level four to fly a battleship. Capital ships require standings of at least 9.0 with the faction the ship originates from. Anyone with a negative security status will have the following ship options:

- All ships now have an "Attack" and "Defend" value. If a ships attack value is greater than it's targets defend value, the second ship is immediately removed from play. This will insure that we do not give unfair advantage to more intelligent or tactically savvy players.

- It is required to give everyone you meet in local an "E-Hug" to ensure good sportsmanship.

* Character creation has been upgraded! All characters will now be created on a single screen with the following options:

Race:
- Caldari
- Gallente

Profession:
- Mining
- Industry
- Research
- Combat

Characters who start as Mining, Industry, or Research begin play with a Player Owned Station, freighter, and ship of their choice.

Characters who start as Combat begin play with a rusty knife and a pod.

* Turrets and associated Ammunition now have the following variable that effects their ability to hit:

- Gyroscopic Spin: Affects the flight accuracy of bullets fire from turrets.

Also, Turrets will be subject to Gravitational effects from nearby masses.

* Missile Bays and associated Ammunition have had the following variables removed:

- Target speed no longer effects missile damage.
- Signature radius no longer effects missile damage.

Also, Missiles now have an infinite flight speed and infinite flight time.

The next "free" expansion to eve online is EVE-ONLINE TRAMMEL the current version of EVE-Online will be renamed Fel. and will be forgotten about by the devs while they make the inside of your pod customizable.
