A few quickies...

Claw, Tempest, Muninn, Bellicose, Vargur, Naglfar.
Pilgrim, Arazu, Lachesis, Rook (or nerf the falcon)
Faction Frigs, Navy Tempest
Eos, Myrmidon (both bandwidth)
Buff all marauder damage.. 10%?

I can't comment on too many non-minmatar ships, but the above seem to need the most help.

CPU definitely, some more powergrid as well

Let them mount a semi-decent tank as well as get the best bonus possible while mining.

As is you can barely squeeze a pair of mining upgrades onto the mack, but at the cost of any chance of having a tank.

The skiff is even worse off on tanking, and it's meant for low sec mining... so it needs some loving to mount a tank of some sort.

Stuff I want fixed?

In no particular order-

1. AFs
2. Damps/Damp ships.
3. Nerf the Falcon so that the Rook has a reason to exist.
4. Buff the Pilgrim- give it the same range bonus as the Curse for Nos/Neuts, reduce it's Nos/Neut amount bonus.
5. CHANGE THE DOMINIX MODEL FFS. IT'S UGLY AS ALL HELL.
6. Give the Eos and the Myrm a reason to exist. 100mbit bandwidth isn't enough of an upgrade btw.
7. +1 turret to the Vulture.
8. Grid and CPU for the Nighthawk.
9. Artillery needs more alpha to further differentiate it from other weapon types.

Interdictors should (I'm almost tempted to say must) get a second low slot. It would be very nice if destroyers got a second low slot as well, but if they didn't and interdictors did, that would be one more reason to actually bother training up from destroyer to interdictor.

As it currently stands, if you want to fit anywhere close to the 8 high slots with appropriate weapons, you have no choice but to put a power diagnostic or reactor control in the low slot, which kills at least one aspect of customization for destroyers and interdictors.

Alternatively, maybe their powergrid could just be slightly boosted instead, but that might be stepping on the toes of other classes.

thing with missiles & nano's is not enough damage is getting thro if they do actually hit.

so 2 things. Precisions need re-working ( & surely thats a simple fix ) & probably, caldari might actually be usful in fleet battles ( other than jamming falcons Laughing ). If they cant tank & tackle at the same time, they sure could at least scare the nano's off. Cool

second, is in the form of implants. The Halo set should increase the explosion velocities of all missiles, as its fairly easy to increase there speeds by the way of rigs.

i think that sums it up, & would fix the nano craze.

1) Field command ships - Between HACs and BSes, there's not much reasons to use those (except maybe the Sleip cause it can be nanoed).
2) Piglrim, Rook and Gallente Recons

There is alot of ships the need fixes but a clear one I can see is the Black Ops. It needs to either be base BS cost or completely changed because it has no role but twirling in station.

1. Cerberus -> 5% Heavy Missile Damage per Level (or Heavy+Heavy Assault), perhaps a 15m3 Drone Bay, or 10m3
2. Nighthawk -> More Grid..
3. Assault Frigates -> Ship Class needs overhauled, fix the bonuses..
4. Scorpion -> Give it some advantage over a Falcon, it's obsolete now.

Just to stay by the gallente:

1.st the recons/ RSD ships
2.nd Myrmi/ EOS: at the time the nerf was made, it seemed mkay, but theyve got nerfed by too many aspects (nos/ no drone-shield recharge in bay...). These ships got stacknerfed, and thats too much
3.rd blasterboats: I dont know, maybe + falloff?
4.th Helios: Im really shocked, it looks like crap
5.th Brutix: give'em tracking or falloff bonus, instead of the repair bonus, make it to a mean machine

I have not much experience with the other races, but IMHO, gallente has 3"good", 3"usable", but at least 6"unusable" ships (only watching sub-capital ships, and nothing like af's, which are crappy by everyone)

+1 mid and +1 low slot to Hyperian Galanete T3 battleship
or +2 low slots.


I'd like to see it a bit more worth for it's price.
Currently a Domi can fit a better tank and a maga is more spank.

The hyperian is such a beautiful ship, I've had 5 so far (keep selling them again for nice mods for my mission boat yummie XD)

but I wish I could make the hyperian my mission boat, pitty it's out dps'd and out tanked by my domi setup.

allow fitting of covert ops cloaking device and ability to fire while cloaked

I will keep it simple and short, ppl who want to change EVE into an entirely different game ( people with 20 things to change ) should just switch games.

1. Eos and Myrmidon need 95m^3 bandwidth - They lack dps as compared to many other BCs and command ships. I understand that CCP hates myrmidons and never wanted to see them flown again when they nerfed a BC sized DRONE BOAT to 75m^3 from 125m^3 bandwidth, but they needed to be adjusted and not hit every nerf branch falling out of a very tall nerf tree.

2. Fix the Nano-problem - Because someone says something needs to be fixed, it is not necessarily just a whine thread. Nanos are a problem, period. You nano or you die. There is something wrong with that in a game as complex as EVE online.

3. Fix Remote Dampeners and/or Gallente Recons. Make them semi-effective. Increase range or increase dampening power.

4. Improve Arties to make them useful again - Don't increase dps, just up their alpha strike a bit.

5. Make defender missiles useful or delete them from the game entirely.A defender missile should be able to negate missile systems dps much the same way every other weapon system can be destroyed by a counter. Missiles have no specific effective counter.

6. Fix the Assault frigs - they literally do absolutely nothing that any other ship class can do much better for much cheaper. CCP please give them a niche.

7. Decrease laser damage. Why did CCP decrease EM resists across the board, but did nothing to decrease em damage effectively giving EM a 10% damage increase.

8. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DID EVERYONE SEE WHAT THEY DID TO THE HELIOS!?!?

9. Black Ops - currently they are good for absolutely nothing.

1) Blood Raider Faction ships, absolute pain to fit due to both low CPU and PG. A range bonus to its Neuts/NOS wouldn't be a bad idea either, replacing the amount bonus perhaps?
2) Pilgrim, great potential but suicidal due to forced short range on its Neuts/NOS. Replace the drone damage bonus with a range bonus if you have to, but increase the ships effective range with its primary EW.
3) Black Ops, great ships in theory, useless in practise due to unholy fuel consumption on the jump-bridge. (Already being looked into, but worth mentioning again)
4) Celestis hull-class vessels. Due to the recent nerfs in damps these are close to useless, even the recons don't get much out of sensor dampers.
5) Assault Frigates, lots of potential, but right now lacking a role.

Omen -> More PG (25 m3 drone space whould be nice) This whould ofc make the zealot need some drone luv to.

Maller -> give it bonus to damage so it can compete with a thorax w/o drones.

Executioner -> Give it another midslot so it has a 2-3-2 layout.

Pilgrim -> Do something it needs haelp!

Generally regarding amarr ships is that i generally dont like the Laser cap usage bonuses.

Faction ships - should all be better than T2.

Maybe give them "special" armour with much higher resists or hps than "normal" ships?

They already rarely get used and will be primary, at least give them more reason to be used. Besides which they can't be manufactured in the same way as T1 or T2 ships.

At least some of the sensor damper and tracking disruptor ships need ewar range bonuses so they can reach fleet sniper ranges... especially recons.

AFs need to fly like frigs.

The hyperion needs something to distinguish it from the mega.

Mini BSs could possibly use their damage bonusses changed from firing speed increases to damage increases.

The pilgrim could use another high or two.

Um Some all the Destroyers Except the caldari ones have atleast 2 low slots. The Coercer has 4. The Minnie/Gal ones have 2/3.

Increase PG/CPU on all Tier 1 Battlecruisers except the prophecy, which gets a minor CPU Increase.

Increase the CPU on the Crusader by atleast 20tf base.

Fix the goddamn pilgrim/arazu somehow.

Add 1 turret to the tempest and move one midslot to lowslot.(The megathron needs a bloody rival guys).

And thats pretty much it, there is probably more but i cant think of any.
