Today is a very sad day for me. For almost a year i have been given the gift and the burdun of shaping our coalitions destiny. It is now apparent that I have failed. As of 0 hour i will be steping down from my post to pursue a more less stress full position.
It was a gamble to attack R-6 and we all spent many hours debating. It looks like we were wrong. A new Coaliton Forum Team leader will be voted on tonight by alliance ceo's, I wish the new guy the best of luck.
I want to thank all the pilots that fought and died under my command. Scooter, Peoke, Wraith and Bobby for their steadfast leadership. The pilots that would get blown up just to return with a new ship and enter the fight, you make me so proud. I will never again have the pleasure of leading such a great group of guys and for me that is really sad. Lets not dwell on our current situation but look back at our campaigns against Imperial Order, Frege, IRC, ED and many others. It was fun and that is what my goal for us. Many of you will criticize my underestimation of the Goons strenght and others i know were very displeased with the way i carried myself on public forums. If i could go back in time and change it, I would. I cannot though so i shall pay for my sins everyday when i look at the sov map. I am truly sorry.
