Does the thing still work where you bring a friend in a frig and he double webs you so that you can warp faster? And if im doing that in high sec, he has to be in my corp right?

Cheers.

Both characters need to be in the same CORP and you only really need a single web to slingshot a freighter.

yep... it works :)

be sure your in the same corp... or at war :P

only need one web.

the freighter must start warping before you web it tho.. or it doesnt work.

also it doesnt work well warping from stations where you have to turn.

No. You do not have to be in the same corp, you have to have a reason to fire on him. This can be done by wardecing, can flagging, being in the same corp etc etc.

The freighter warps as soon as he's got 80% of his max speed in the direction you are going to warp in. With a web that vector would need to be no more than 8% of his max vector(Two webs obviously means 1.736%), which in practice pretty much means that if he's less than 90 degrees off alignment, two webs would send him in warp instantly.

When you decloak off a gate your alignment doesn't matter, it takes the same amount of time to align to something dead ahead of you as it does right behind you. Strange but true! As said before, when coming out of stations is pretty useless but it certainly speeds things up going through gates and whatnot.
