It's the ship with the most recognisable and 'cookie cutter' like pvp setup.

2x Gyrostabilizer II
2x Overdrive II
1x Local Hull Intertial Stabilizer

2x Polycarbon Engine Housing I

5x Light Drone II

If you don't want to fork out for polycarbons then fit two Nanofiber II's, 1 Gyro II & 2 Overdrive II's and get some 'cheaper' Auxilliary thruster rigs. Some people just don't bother with Gyro's and go full speed mod or even a pdu. It's lows are very flexible. Can tell you right now that its a bad idea to sacrifice too much agility for speed though. Don't go crazy on the speed while skimping on agility.

For NPC'ing:

5x 425MM AC II
1x Heavy Launcher

2x LSE II
1x Specific shield hardener II
1x 10mn Mwd II

3x Gyro II
2x PDU II

5x Specific light drones.

Tbh you can npc in your pvp setup but the above is optimal. Don't worry about a web, you don't need it.
