What the chart doesn't indicate is that it's the top 1.4 percent. Cool

I was going to say something to the effect of "yeah? well lets see a cumulative IQ chart!" but I realized I'd word it terribly, it wouldn't be funny, and I'd have to go crawl into my hole. Sad

You get the gist of it, though.

1.4%? Not too shabby, really.
My main problem is with the fact that EVE Online is topped by a game called 'Dofus'. Neutral

That is all.

Indeed.

My personnel experience tells me that EVE players are on average older and smarter than WoW or PotBS players.

eve isn't the same kind of game as those nor does it have the single player type aspects of those kinds of games.

It also isn't forgiving and any sort of way and you can end up bankrupt and not able to do anything.

It also COULDN'T SUPPORT 10 million players. If EVE increased it's user base by a mere 25%, London would implode.

True story.

World of Warcraft surely is big. I played it pre TBC doing progressive raiding, but later really got tired of the game. But there is no denying that WoW opened up some doors for others MMO's as they released a big mainstream hit. I know a lot of people who has come to both EVE, Lineage 2 (even DAoC) from WoW with the curiosity; "I want to find some MMO that suits me better".

But yeah, they do have an awful large bit of that pie, at least according to the source.
