Against All Authorities (AAA)- Good. Solid PvP group, and effective.

Band of Brothers (BoB) - Outlook Bad. They have been showing all the earmarks of an alliance on the verge of a failure cascade that I have witnessed out of LV and all the other smaller alliances since then. Unless something changes in leadership, they are on the path to destruction and obscurity.

Blackout - Good. All right in my book, have spent some time in their space.

Brutally Clever Empire - The jury is still out on them. From what I have seen and heard they could be a future power house. I am currently rooting for them.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Good. I have a soft spot for these guys as well and they have been able to roll with the big boys and survive in a tough part of 0.0.

Firmus Ixion (FIX) - Going downhill fast. Unless some leadership decision changes happen and they withdraw from the region I seem them going the way of the DoDo.

Goonswarm - Good for a bunch of asshats. Horrible, mlmp
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - Good. Some really chill guys and have enjoyed flying in a few ops with them. Unless some major goofs happen 08 should be good for them.

Knights of the Southerncross - Outlook Unknown. I haven't had much contact with them since the LV campaign but I liked them then. They have gone downhill from what I have seen though since then.

Mercenary Coalition (MC)- Outlook could be good. I have a lot more respect for them now then let's say 1 year ago. It will be interesting to see how everything pans out for them.

Red Alliance (RA) - Good. Things couldn't be better for them, and I still get a feeling of giddiness when I hear them hot dropping someone on an OP. There is a reason why you don't see enemy capitol's during Russian prime time.

Tau Ceti Federation (TCF) - Good. Another group of good guys who come out of nowhere and reinforce a whole system. I don't see anyone being able to challenge their space in 08.

Against All Authorities (AAA) - very effective alliance, have a lot of active pvpers and a lot of fighting to be done against a hated enemy without their own systems being under any real threat, which is every 0.0 pvpers ideal situation.

Band of Brothers (BoB) - depends on their spin doctors, if they can get their members to believe its all planned/fun then fine, if their members dont buy it and start getting dragged into extended pos wars expect to see applications to tri and outbreak go through the roof.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - great result against tri recently has helped put this alliance back on the map, who cares who else was invoilved or what the lag issue was, cva "won"

Ev0ke - from the outside they seem to be the odd man out in the tortuga situation

Firmus Ixion (FIX) - dead and buried

Goonswarm - good year ahead, need to keep up the pressure and not get distracted by the puppetmaster spin

Imperial Republic of the North (IRON) - crossroads year, assuming they get heavily involved in the Great War then ti wil help keep people actively fighting, then needs to decide where it wants to live and what it wants to be, best would be to align strongly with rzr imo

Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - good year, especially if they can stay close to AAA

Intrepid Crossing - tough year, good guys always come last in eve it seems (or at least, they get shot at a lot)

KIA Alliance - not sure about the decision to join TOrtuga, before this I saw them as one of very few proper merc outfits, now its hard to know exactly what they are, still a decent enough bunch.

Mercenary Coalition (MC) - tough year ahead, they are clearly not mercs (and never were), will they try to reinvent themselves as the heads of a new style bucaneers ganking everyone type alliance (more tri than tri)?

Razor Alliance - good year, active in the war and this following a number of other wars so it all keeps people active, some really good fcs, they have gone from being very much in the shadow of G/D2 to being a real force in the North.

Roadkill - tricky year ahead, they got a lot of good press following their wins in the drone regions and got very 'vocal' on CAOD as a result, but recent results against BoB have been poor so really need to try to get at least the odd win down there.

Smash Alliance - see above

Stain Empire - indifferent year, they do not seem to have any aspirations beyond roaming around trying to get the odd gank (nothing wrong with that Wink) so its very hard to say they wont succeeed in doing that but its still a pretty limited aspiration for people that used to try to rule Stain.

Triumvirate (TRI) - crossorads year, are they a group of small gang roaming gank corps or are they a 0.0 alliance capable and wanting to run 0.0 style campaigns and operations? Recent results vs CVA has certainly dented their image.

Against All Authorities (AAA) - Rock solid leadership that should have no problem keeping the ship pointed the right way. Decent fleets and willing pilots. 08 will see them continue to be feared, killing capitals, and treated well by Sanshas. It'd be interesting to see a truly capable force try to go balls deep on the attack against them.

Atrum Tempas Foedus (ATF)

Band of Brothers (BoB) - If you have the money and/or ship reserves, than I'd have to say that this would be the best time of any to join BoB.

Blackout

Brutally Clever Empire - bout time little Brucelings. Once a capable enemy makes a play for your territory, then we'll know for sure if you were ready. Let the good times roll in 08.

Chaos Incarnate (CI) - Expecting many **** days and many welp days in 08, especially once the war on BoB is done.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Freakishly good diplomats in that alliance.

Dark Matter Coalition

Destiny

Enuma Elish

Ethereal Dawn

Ev0ke

FANG Alliance

Firmus Ixion (FIX)

Goonswarm - The way their leadership put things back together this year was pretty impressive. The way they deal with people on forums and in game doesn't really bother me much, since a majority of them deserve it.

Hydra Alliance

Imperial Republic of the North (IRON)

Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC)

Intrepid Crossing - Good FC training opponents. 08 will see them still throwing carriers at gates with reckless abandon, and still needing a ship fitting guru ;) These guys are fun.

Ka-Tet

KIA Alliance -

Knights of the Southerncross - Poor bastards.

Kraftwerk

Mercenary Coalition (MC) - Fun to raid on, as they drop good loot. If the merc love-in stays together, it will be interesting to see how they do when the fight comes to them.

Morsus Mihi

Mostly Harmless

Paxton Federation

Phoenix Allianz

Pure

Rare Faction

Razor Alliance

Red Alliance (RA) - Been enjoying their visits lately.

Roadkill - Our overlords

Sons of Tangra

Stain Empire - Xenobytes ain't quick, they're sudden.

Sylph Alliance

Tau Ceti Federation (TCF)

I'll only comment on Alliances i've encountered or have opinions on, anyone else, sorry :|

Against All Authorities (AAA) - No recent experience vs them. Still have the scary factor from yesteryear.

Band of Brothers (BoB) - The most organised alliance in the game next to Red Alliance, extremely disiplined and skilled. They will live in one form or another. If they do lose their space (thats if) they'll be going on one big roadtrip me thinks.

Blackout - Killed one of their carriers 4 mins after new years Embarassed Not seen anything to really judge them by yet.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Honestly? Their tactics are infuriatingly boring. However when they do choose to engage their 99% Amarrian battleship fleet is almost suicide to engage without a proper counterfleet. Bloody lasers :P Have the staying power as long as they maintain their alliances. Powerful 0.0 group.

Firmus Ixion (FIX) - Been around forever, not sure how they will cope in the coming months. will be interesting to see.

Goonswarm - Say what you want, strengh in numbers, funny to banter with and to shoot at. Last time I was engaging these guys regularly was about a year ago, and at that time they were mearly the meat shields to be slapped infront of the RA hardhitters. What I like about that is the fact they loved it. haha.

Ka-Tet - Not heard about them for a while. Sup guys?

KIA Alliance - Laser Deimos?

Knights of the Southerncross - Anything i could say would be taken as smack. So I won't bother beyond this... LOL

Mercenary Coalition (MC) - Merc scumbags, allegedly the way they like it. Well, whatever floats your boat. Can't help but think that their infamous abandonment of their alliance with BoB has tainted their reputation.

Morsus Mihi - Pew pew pew :P

Red Alliance (RA) - Most dangerous alliance in the game imo. Doesn't matter how many times you kill them, they keep coming back and smacking you with anything from vodka bottles to purgatory torpedos.

Against All Authorities (AAA) - Always had respect for them, very capable alliance.
Atrum Tempas Foedus (ATF) - *shrug*
Band of Brothers (BoB) - Their term has run out. I'm not too keen on any who is likely to replace them.
Blackout - ?
Brutally Clever Empire - No idea, too many corporations in one alliance I believe.
Chaos Incarnate (CI) - Very capable alliance. Good ally.
Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Know their stuff, but are a bit too comfortable I think.
Dark Matter Coalition - *shrug*, a little too little teeth for my liking.
Destiny - Dunno
Enuma Elish - Never heard of them
Ethereal Dawn - I hear Goons like'em. I dunno why. Without that support they'd be dead.
Ev0ke - Never seen any of them.
FANG Alliance - I think these guys rat a lot.
Firmus Ixion (FIX) - A has-been alliance that's been dying for a long time.
Goonswarm - 5000 people who do random things for the sole sake of randomness. They need a goal or they will implode.
Hydra Alliance - Underestimated group that has potential.
Imperial Republic of the North (IRON) - I think their days of glory are in the past.
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - Used to be a very strong alliance, now it seems they've lost "something".
Intrepid Crossing - They know how to keep their space. They don't make the mistakes FREGE did. Which says a lot.
Ka-Tet - I think these guys like not to be too visible. Keep an eye on them.
KIA Alliance - Now a part of MC Alliance.
Knights of the Southerncross - Turncoats that are host to a myriad of farmers.
Kraftwerk - ??
Mercenary Coalition (MC) - Some of the richest PvP:ers in EVE.
Morsus Mihi - Erratic bunch. Some good PvP:ers, some bad.
Mostly Harmless - D2 minus the fluff. Have a huge capfleet.
Paxton Federation - Industrial alliance?
Phoenix Allianz - No idea.
Pure. - Very potent alliance. But hasn't been challenged really - so a bit unproven.
Rare Faction - The strength of old SMASH.
Razor Alliance - My impression is that razor's lost the keen edge they used to have.
Red Alliance (RA) - Timezone, and POS-warfare are their two major strenghts. Never to be underestimated.
Roadkill - Does what r0adkill does, for fun.
Rule of Three - At least the name sounds powerful...
Scalar Federation - No idea.
Sempertirnus - No idea.
Smash Alliance - Is alive because of the epic stubborness of Peoke. Lots of willpower from Peoke, and lots of experience...
Sons of Tangra - *shrug*
Stain Empire - No idea.
Sylph Alliance - No idea.
Tau Ceti Federation (TCF) - People speak too little about these fella's, but has been a key ingredient in the change of the East.
The Reckoning - Capable. But has yet to face a real challenge.
Triumvirate (TRI) - Know their stuff. Has built what they have without immense powerblocks backing them 24/7.
Ultima Ration - RA pet group.
United Legion - I can't remember.
Venom Alliance - Huh? Unknown.

BoB - Not sure. Battle for Delve will be either very quick or very long.
BRUCE - Great. Didn't expect them to step out of Syndicate this strong.
CVA - Good. Great job fending off the TRI assault and will keep up the good work.
FIX - Bad. They will go the way of Xelas, RISE and the others.
Goons - As usual. They are way to many and way to crazy to have any real problems.
All allies in drone regions - Bad. Being there sucks.
RAWR - Good. Once they roll, they rock. But they always need a bit to get rolling.
PURE - Good. I don't think their home will be contested anytime soon.
RAZ0R - Good. But I still do not like Allies that keep pets much.
RA - Great. If their relationship with Goons and TCF stays the same, hardly anything can stop them.
SMASH/Roadkill - Not sure. They do really stupid things quite often - so far they didn't get seriously hurt though.
TCF - Good, see RA.
TRI - Good. CVA proved to be a worthy enemy and put up some great fights, that was actually good for TRI too.

Seconding this, shooting you is fun but tackling you for the blue ball of sniper death that is RA's fleets was more fulfilling esp since it was mostly LV/V who RA has held a vendetta against so it dident feel right for us to kill them.

Against All Authorities (AAA) - No one wants to mess with them.
Band of Brothers (BoB) - Looks grim, i don't expect them to break up, it will be interesting to see where they go after losing their space.
Blackout - Don't know them enough yet.
Brutally Clever Empire - Fought them on an alt before rejoining goons recently. Good response times. Not the best at fighting nano gangs but better than some. Will continue to expand their 0.0 presence in 08.
Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Chill brosefs, will continue to impress.
Ev0ke - Recent developments will make '08 an interesting year for them.
Firmus Ixion (FIX) - RIP
Goonswarm - pubbieswarm.
Hydra Alliance - Will be interesting to see what happens to them post-BoB. I don't think they are very strong.
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - Will have a good '08.
Knights of the Southerncross - I know a few people in KOS that are pretty cool. They can have a good '08 if they iron out leadership issues.
Mercenary Coalition (MC) - '08 will be interesting for them.
Red Alliance (RA) - Scary good.
Stain Empire - I see a lot of roaming gangs from them but haven't had a chance to fight them much yet.
Tau Ceti Federation (TCF) - Chill brosefs, always there when you need them.

I always read how scared people are of AAA, which I actually think works against them since they are looking for good fights. No doubt AAA is an awesome alliance, but they aren't looking to wipe people off the map UNLESS you smacktalk em. So just don't smacktalk em but feel free to fight em. You'll probably learn a thing or two.

Against All Authorities (AAA) I expect them to be in about the same position a year from now that they are now.

Brutally Clever Empire - if they can keep the farmer corps out, i thin they should do pretty well for at least the first half of 08
Chaos Incarnate (CI) - good.
Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA)
Dark Matter Coalition - mixed at best
Ev0ke - i have a good feeling about tortuga
Firmus Ixion (FIX) - will finally bite the bullet. RIP
Goonswarm - imo the scariest rsf alliances
Hydra Alliance - indifferenet, locked in a sea of blue
Imperial Republic of the North (IRON)
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - will probably have more red in the area, which will probably be a good thing.
Intrepid Crossing - mixed to good.
Ka-Tet - haven't heard much from them lately
KIA Alliance - see evoke
Knights of the Southerncross - will somehow continue living.
Mercenary Coalition (MC) - see ev0ke
Morsus Mihi - 08 looks like a baner year.
Mostly Harmless - i see titans in their future
Pure - future appears to be deeply linked to both smashkill and the rest of the north. I really can't say, but probably slightly positive.
Razor Alliance - should be a good year.
Red Alliance (RA)- I think they will be disappointed, considering their current momentum. Mixed to slightly negative
Roadkill - frontline in any north v south war,
Smash Alliance - see roadkill
Tau Ceti Federation (TCF) I have a feeling they will fair the best of the core RSF alliances.
Triumvirate (TRI) - will get it together and have a solid first half of 08, not sure about the second half.

Band of Brothers (BoB)good fighters not gunna keep delve but will be back after regrouping

Chaos Incarnate (CI) may be a little too aggressive for their own good

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) too laid back they need to start pushing some people out of their space if they really want to operate it like they say they do

Dark Matter Coalition a little spread out, thats to say to many corps to keep a cohesive group

Ethereal Dawn holds their space well but a little to reliant on some people

Firmus Ixion (FIX) done

Goonswarm a little to pretentious sometimes but they got to be doing something right to get where they have gotten

Hydra Alliance decent bunch of pvpers

Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) drunk

Intrepid Crossing had a hard knock life in 0.0 but well organized

Knights of the Southerncross get rid of the macroers, nuff said

Mercenary Coalition (MC)be carefull who you step on i like ya'all dont want to see you go down

Pure sometimes a little easy to hit but defends their space like mad

Red Alliance (RA)russians, that says it all

Roadkill their alliance description says it all

Smash Alliance sometimes take a little to much of a bite

Against All Authorities (AAA): They have a solid foundation. 2008 looks promising. They will need a new goal to maintain momentum, without that they will drift.
Atrum Tempas Foedus (ATF): No idea
Band of Brothers (BoB): The outlook is poor right now. If they stay united it is possible they become something completely different.
Blackout: They will need to step carefully while building up.
Brutally Clever Empire: Good outlook for them if they keep the motivation going.
Chaos Incarnate (CI): Outlook is a bit bleak depending on what happens that area, I expect turmoil.
Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA): Interesting times ahead.
Dark Matter Coalition: No opinon.
Destiny: No opinion
Enuma Elish: No opinion
Ethereal Dawn: No opinion
Ev0ke: Interesting. Far to early to call the Southern project reliably but I anticipate some strife.
FANG Alliance: No opinion.
Firmus Ixion (FIX): They seem to be losing space and members. Probably not a good year for them.
Goonswarm: Good year for the goons. I can guess at some new targets for them. They might lose some members not that it will matter. Goons will bomb around having fun.
Hydra Alliance: The north seems quiet...
Imperial Republic of the North (IRON): Drone regions will be a mess. They should change their name for location accuracy =(
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC): A good year for IAC if they take advantage of this time to strengthen infrastructure.
Intrepid Crossing: They face the same drone region issues.
Ka-Tet: Drone region issues though they seem better set up than most. A good year.
KIA Alliance: I am really not sure this gambit will pay off for KIA and the merc lifestyle.
Knights of the Southerncross: If they cannot mend whatever issues they have with other coalition forces it will not be a good year.
Kraftwerk: No opinion.
Mercenary Coalition (MC): The current political climate makes me dubious. If they are still in PB a year from now they may not be the kind of mercs we think of now.
Morsus Mihi: The north is quiet but they seem well situated.
Mostly Harmless: If the north gets messy they could be an early victim.
Paxton Federation: Steady progress. A good year.
Phoenix Allianz: Again, the north is quiet.
Pure: North :P
Rare Faction: North!
Razor Alliance: North!!
Red Alliance (RA): A good year for RA. Plenty of places to roam and do whatever it is they do =)
Roadkill: I think they will see trouble.
Rule of Three: No opinion.
Scalar Federation: No opinion.
Sempertirnus: No opinion.
Smash Alliance: Trouble ahead.
Sons of Tangra: Fountain will not be stable, they will need good diplomacy or powerful friends.
Stain Empire: No opinion.
Sylph Alliance: A focus on quality will see them do well this year.
Tau Ceti Federation (TCF): They seem to be in a good position. A good year for them.
The Reckoning: Fate seems tied to what TRI decide to do.
Triumvirate (TRI): They seem to be struggling for a purpose. If they figure out what they really want they can flourish, if not you can expect to see their numbers decrease.
Ultima Ration: They should be just fine.
United Legion: No opinion.
Venom Alliance: They seem to be situated well unless the coalition goes hog wild.

Against All Authorities - Good skills. Seem to lack resolution and get bored easy. Will say they are going to do something, half do it, then stop.

Atrum Tempas Foedus - Don't know/Stupid name

Band of Brothers - Substantially the most powerful alliance in the game, and have been for a long time. Will be so in the future.

Blackout - Slightly below-average corp STK Scientific plus some other terrible corps I believe. Doing something uninteresting.

Brutally Clever Empire - Seem an interesting bunch. Impressive fleet sizes. Will be good to watch.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance - Member of theirs started this horrible thread. Slapped Tri around which was pretty funny. I get a feeling a storm may be slowly building and on their way in the future.

Dark Matter Coalition - Awful drone regioners I believe. Will continue to be so you'd think.

Ev0ke - The ex-D2ers who actually want to pvp. Will find something possibly worthwhile to do after Tortguga

Firmus Ixion - Have been awful for so so long, and now hopefully dead. Also, Dark Shakiri urgh.

Goonswarm - 2x the smack of BoB, with 1/10 of the ability.

Hydra Alliance - Some lame northern nap-fest non-entity

Imperial Republic of the North - Have always been terrible. Always. Nothing changes.

Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate - Used to actually once upon a time be pretty good and under-rated. Now on par with KOS. Might possibly be for the chop after the big war, but maybe not.

Intrepid Crossing - Have that complete turd who spams every thread in the recruitment forum with Very HappyVery HappyVery Happy copy and paste replies. Go die in a fire you c***.

Ka-Tet - Smug, awful drone regioners, I heard everyone left them already.

KIA Alliance - KIA corp used to be a good corp before everyone good left. The other corps in the alliance are comically bad. Tortuga winning out is vital for them.

Knights of the Southerncross - A byword for terrible alliances. Probably for the chop.

Mercenary Coalition - Thought being able to walk all over terrible alliances by hotdropping motherships on everything that moves made them a pvp elite capable of going toe-to-toe with BoB. Thought wrong.

Morsus Mihi - Bizzarely seem to have a good reputation among some. Never actually do anything.

Mostly Harmless - Awful drone regioners, superbly fitting name.

Paxton Federation - CVA pets

Pure - Meh

Razor Alliance - Not incompetant yet strangely lightweight. Live in the northern nap fest and will continue to do so as long as someone truly powerful doesnt move in.

Red Alliance - Used to be good when their backs were against the wall. Now mission grinders. Will run some missions for fat isk, and also possibly have a big spat with AAA.

Roadkill - The better half of Smashkill. So average then. Will come under serious attack in the future.

Smash Alliance - The worse half of Smashkill. Nuff' said. Quite why they are allied with the Goons and others who have immense distaste for them boggles the mind. Also, RA hates them. Will come under serious attack in the future.

Stain Empire - Left AAA so that they might roam around, dropping faction loot for their enemies. Might decide to do something interesting again in the future.

Tau Ceti Federation - A good alliance. Will continue to bandwagon with their more vocal neighbours.

Ka-Tet - don't know them well enough to comment
KIA Alliance - seemed

It has less to do with us not doing anything and more to do with us not running around trying to take credit for and/or rub everyone's noses in everything we do.

I suspect that's part of where the "good reputation" comes from.

Against All Authorities (AAA) - Good. Pretty awesome dudes, I like their style. Whether they accomplish much in 08 or not, I'm sure they'll have plenty of fights.

Atrum Tempas Foedus (ATF) - Neutral. Willing to PVP, but not convinced they're very good at it. They have a ways to go before they can claim to be TRI's US PVP force.

Band of Brothers (BoB) - Good. BoB is going to get ground out of Delve, meaning they'll have won the ultimate victory.

Blackout - Bad. STK lawl.

Brutally Clever Empire - Neutral. They will become good so long as they've got motivation, and no one bigger decides to wipe them out. Still have to get past the "big blob of corps who want to get into 0.0" stage I think.

Chaos Incarnate (CI) - Bad. I think they'll be a casualty of Drone Region suckage.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Neutral. One of the oldest space holding alliances in the game. Not up to par with many larger alliances, what happens when BoB is gone is up in the air.

Dark Matter Coalition - Neutral. Full of carebears, will either morph into an RA meatshield or implode when someone invades them.

Destiny - Neutral. TRI pets.

Enuma Elish - No knowledge.

Ethereal Dawn - Neutral. Good guys, but leashed by Goons, and seemingly without much purpose.

Ev0ke - Neutral. If Tortuga collapses they'll still be fine. I don't see their vision of being elite mercs coming true if they stay in PB.

FANG Alliance - No knowledge.

Firmus Ixion (FIX) - Bad. Lost their space, doubtful they can recover.

Goonswarm - Bad. WTF are they going to do with all that space? Poor suckers.

Hydra Alliance - Neutral. Depending on their ties with SMASHKILL, could either go down the toilet or stay where they are.

Imperial Republic of the North (IRON) - Bad. Will burn out in their first major conflict close to home.

Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - Neutral. Will keep fighting alongside goons ect, and likely will get stagnant after BoB dies.

Intrepid Crossing - Neutral. Good group of guys, good leadership. Depending how they play politics will become a capable alliance, or get kicked to the side in another major conflict.

Ka-Tet - Bad. Full of carebears, and totally useless. Good at putting up outposts, too bad no one wants their space.

KIA Alliance - Bad. Will become the *****es in Tortuga if it succeeds, or lose a lot if it fails.

Knights of the Southerncross - Bad. First to go in a coalition shakeup. Operates on the "lots of corps that want to be in 0.0" philosophy, which doesn't work well. Shout outs to my ex-FREGE brosommes.

Kraftwerk - Neutral. They make MS. Will either surprise people with a move, or be tied to the fate of Goons.

Mercenary Coalition (MC) - Neutral. I don't think Tortuga will work. Multi-alliance region holding rarely works out well for all parties in the long term, and no one will consider you to be mercs anyway.

Morsus Mihi - Good. In a position to build a strong north, seem to be good PVPers.

Mostly Harmless - Good. Full of isk, doubt their home space will be touched. Free to PVP when they want.

Paxton Federation - No knowledge.

Phoenix Allianz - No knowledge.

Pure - Neutral. Good PVPers, just don't get dragged down by SMASHKILL politics.

Rare Faction - No knowledge.

Razor Alliance - Good. Keep doing what you're doing.

Red Alliance (RA) - Good. I can't think of much of anything that could drive these guys out of 0.0, and they'll always have something to shoot, and enough isk to replace twice what they lose.

Roadkill - Bad. They have a good core of leadership from old SA, but drone regions shakeups and their connection to SMASH is going to hurt them.

Rule of Three - Neutral. I don't know what these guys are doing anymore.

Scalar Federation - Bad. Small POS based alliances don't tend to do well without being pets.

Sempertirnus - No knowledge.

Smash Alliance - Bad. A bunch of avid PVPers with bad leadership and delusions of grandeur. Whoever decides to do a serious campaign against these guys will have tons of fun, provided Pure and RK don't bail them out.

Sons of Tangra - No knowledge.

Stain Empire - Neutral. Don't know much about them, but what I hear is good.

Sylph Alliance - Neutral. Tied to the bigger alliances around.

Tau Ceti Federation (TCF) - Good. As long as RSF stays true to each other TCF will do well. And they're French.

The Reckoning - Good. Managed to recruit FREGE's best player. Keeps F7C clear for my mammoth.

Triumvirate (TRI) - Neutral. If they can get past internal drama, they'll keep getting good fights all over the place. Good leadership, very powerful, but they need time to build up before they're a real power block.

Ultima Ratio - Neutral. RA pets, they'll keep making iskies as long as RA protects them.

United Legion - Neutral. Probably the least spoken of member of the coalition, but apparently quite capable.

Venom Alliance - No knowledge.

Against All Authorities (AAA) - Not a month goes by these guys fail to impress.
Atrum Tempas Foedus (ATF) - ???
Band of Brothers (BoB) - Who?
Blackout - Fought some of their ex-corps, been a while though.
Brutally Clever Empire - Should go far simply on the strength of their tag.
Chaos Incarnate (CI) - Had some fun with these too. Professional springs to mind.
Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - Where I'd like to see us in a year, or next week if it were possible. Damn good allies.
Dark Matter Coalition - Not Enough To Comment (NETC)
Destiny - ???
Enuma Elish - ???
Ethereal Dawn - Too far to be of interest to our limited attention span.
Ev0ke - We tend to ignore bigger politics and just shoot stuff that shoots us
FANG Alliance - NETC
Firmus Ixion (FIX) - Suprising number coming through our space, none have rented offices yet.
Goonswarm - I like em, without them EvE would be less interesting. Future? I don't know but I'm expecting wacky.
Hydra Alliance - Know a few corps that joined it, industrial?
Imperial Republic of the North (IRON) - See Ethereal Dawn
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate (IAC) - Top guys. If I have to leave Sylph at any point, I'm applying for here or Triumvirate (CVA knows me too well)
Intrepid Crossing - NETC
Ka-Tet - NETC
KIA Alliance - NETC
Knights of the Southerncross - Should know them better given the location, had a few corps head that way. Hate to say it but prognosis is bleak.
Kraftwerk - Hope it survives longer than the band
Mercenary Coalition (MC) - I think there will always be 'A' Mercenary Coalition, but I bet it looks a lot different in 1 year from now.
Morsus Mihi - NETC
Mostly Harmless - NETC
Paxton Federation - Much stronger Industry than us, would love to find out how they do it. Will do well simply on that alone
Phoenix Allianz - ???
Pure - NETC
Rare Faction - ???
Razor Alliance - NETC
Red Alliance (RA) - Still reckon there's 30 of them logged in our systems randomly. Still what you can't see, you can't shoot. Will do well if they trademark that pronto.
Roadkill - NETC
Rule of Three - NETC
Scalar Federation - ???
Sempertirnus - ???
Smash Alliance - NETC
Sons of Tangra - ???
Stain Empire - NETC
Sylph Alliance - Limited by space, still awaiting on an opponent to challenge us with a rival bakery empire.
Tau Ceti Federation (TCF) - Certainly skilled, can't see them budging for a long time.
The Reckoning - NETC
Triumvirate (TRI) - Good pilots, sportsmen and players. They know what this game is about.
Ultima Ration - ???
United Legion - NETC
Venom Alliance - NETC

Against All Authorities (AAA) - three titans and a fearsome reputation, id expect good things in 2008.

Atrum Tempas Foedus (ATF) - seem to be starting to spread their wings a little.

Band of Brothers (BoB) - everyone loves an underdog

Brutally Clever Empire - having talked to MDK about these guys (they were a potential target instead of CVA) i hear they have a good response time and can form very large gangs, id expect them to have a good 2008.

Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) - respectful enemy that plays the diplomatic game well, if they had space worth taking it might be different but id imagine they survive 2008 quite easily.

Dark Matter Coalition - Tried to hire us to protect them from IRON/PURE etc but we'd already decided on CVA. Having RA protecting them will undoubtably have made PURE crap their pants, which i find amusing.

Hydra Alliance - tries hard, i think they grew a pair in the latter part of 07. They have the heart but lack the skill and experience to pull it off. Would find it hard to survive a concerted effort on their space without the aid of their neighbours.

Morsus Mihi - Intelligent and Honest. Once focused on something these guys wont back down and will achieve whatever they set their mind to. Good neighbours. A lot like CVA, but better. ♥ Orree & Fluf

Mostly Harmless - Capable, but ive never seen them commit all their forces to something.

Paxton Federation - tenacious ally of CVA, willing to undock and fight, earnt alot of respect from Triumvirate.

Rare Faction - Good roaming gangs, but not space holding material. Are "protected" by RK/SMASH although that might be a curse more than a blessing. Have roamed our territory with little resistance while we have been down south - id imagine living on our doorstep will become uncomfortable in 2008.

Roadkill/Smash - US timezone and occupying the ass-end of eve will ensure their survival in 2008 - unless the russians decide to take them out. Make good use of jump bridges and have a fetish for large bubbles.

Rule of Three - Petty, pathetic excuse for an alliance. These guys make FREGE look special.

Scalar Federation - Small multi-national alliance, contains alot of the crap that left Fallen Souls and YouWhat. Should keep below the radar and not claim sovereignty.

Sylph Alliance - see paxton ♥

The Reckoning - haz motherships, will lose them in 2008.
