The first alliance to achieve Sov 4 is also the first aliance to lose it.
RISE have lost capitol immunity in RIT and have been evicted from the RIT triangle
Digital Renegades towers are coming down, DR have given the Southern Forces perhaps the most enjoyable gameplay of anyone in the area. and in a most unlike Goon fashion, the Goons are actually congratulating this small alliance for doing what the larger alliances didnt even attempt.
In a shock move ISS appear to be consolidating their assets in Esoteria. ISS have been observed pulling down towers in key systems. Unfortuantly for ISS they have a habit of leaving Haulers in space which has allowed the Southern Forces Covert Ops teams to steal 3 of these large towers that were unanchoring

This is inaccurate, as other groups achieved Sov 4 at exactly the same time as RISE, in some cases in multiple constellations. Of course, only the guys who paid for the space decided to have a song and dance about it. |

This is true. DR didnt just give up their space lightly and still even undock when totally outnumbered. Going to miss them, they are fun. Quote:

From what ive seen over the last few days of map watching, ISS have pulled towers down from outskirt systems and redployed them i assume in station systems. I am uncomfired on this information though |
