Can always bring back Imperium now Rolling Eyes

Honestly, from what I remember of Xirtam <LOTF> ( Great FC, Did his job.. ) Little bit of BONE HEAD at times. Honest guy always said what he meant. Loved to listen to him swear all the time. "How them Turkey Sandwiches"

Xirtam you should stay in place, held your ground. You went out of the boundaries (For what?) Ah well You still own most of the glory. I will remember what ass you really were and good FC.

Thanks for the good times mate..

Erm.. People are to fast to speak about un answer things. Honestly if Real Life things didn't come in the way of his game play. If the ALLIANCE could made a impression at all! Battlestars didn't leave to goons. If he didn't screw over so many of the corps that stood by his side. I just wonder where Imperium would been today? I seem to know little history..

Im not going to go as far to say that the man Failed to be a good FC.

I just hope the man is okay.. *(Health wise)

Later Dark Lord *good luck

Id imagine they are quite good for the new owners. Didnt take you guys long to jump ship after failing to dispace a 300 man corp with over 3k worth of alliances helping you.

Not sure what the point of the OP is....but if hes asking whats up with CA these days the answer is easy. No Xirtam = no CA.

Xirtam is the CA. Hes the spirit, attitude, and comraderie of the alliance.

I guarantee there was no funnier TS in the game. They did not take themselves too seriously, just played the game to have fun.

So, Turkey Sandwiches for everyone,

From what I heard on the grape vine, they were asked to leave down south. They then disappear and disband without an announcement over the last 30 days.

Then there's this: KOS membership levels

Take a look at the last 30 days, then just search the KOS corp membership tab on their alliance. You see alot of former curse there.

Curse Alliance is XirtamVOTF.

Currently Xirt is dealing with real life legal issues and its just not the same without him leading the way. So in respect to xirt while he is away we have disbanded the alliance, its his alliance and thats how we feel it should stay.

On behave of me, myself and others.. Im going to ask the forum MODS to kill this thread (Lock it please) There is NO Need to bring up GHOST.

The OP hasn't a clue about VOTF, Xirtam or Curse (Imperium) Or any of the Glory days the Alliance had.

I know this for a fact ..

Anyways From Judge Ment
HAHA LV and -V- for falling on your ass..
BTW most of -V- join up with Imperium that became Curse Once more. An Curse back in the day OWN all of North? or South (whichever)

So this thread is Foobar

I was in CA around the end of things (first time), and it was a very different game back then. Real Life ocationally steps in and demands attention. Then, as now, when people stop playing, things change. Ask yourself, what would happen if YOUR leadership had to quit EVE, would YOU survive?

The abilities of CA and STAIN to assemble a large group of ships, and direct them towards a single goal was, from my perspective, the most impressive thing about the game back then. Now things are very different, but they still revolve around weight of numbers.

Some really crazy maneuvers, warpins, warpouts, targetting and clever timing took place, and for those who flew with VOTF and their allies, it is clear that they seemed to have "figured it out", and found a way to play that suited them.

Naturally, the game has changed a lot, and it is impossible to compare with recent times. Things have gotten bigger, and demand much more attention from leaders in order to stay afloat.

Hats off to those who bother. Having been a CEO myself, I can tell those of you that havent, that it is not always as fun as it might appear from the outside. Even if you try and keep it simple, you find yourself having to deal with a LOT of things. You can try to share and delegate control, but (partly due to game mechanics), you eventually end up with EVE becoming much like a second job.

And being a CEO Myself can understand greatly where your coming from.

But the point of OP and this thread has nothing to do with it.
