use the /end /LUA:OFF switches in your shortcuts (or atleast for the SISI shortcut).
that way it will store that data in the sisi-installation directory instead of the document and settings/username/etc path.

in easy steps (quotes are
1. copy existing main eve client to new folder called i.e. 'EVE-Sisi'
2. from the 'eve-sisi' folder create a shortcut on your desktop (or where ever you want it)
3. right-click to newly created shortcut and select 'properties'
4. in the target-box it should read something like C:\EVE-sisi\eve.exe
5. add /end /LUA:OFF behind that so you get c:\EVE-sisi\eve.exe /end /LUA:OFF
6. start the newly copied client from the edited shortcut
7. connect to sisi and patch up
8. test away

that should make it work (atleast it works flawlessly here)
good luck!
