Is there any in depth posts' regarding the removal of static plexes and how they are now going to work. Will these plexes still be scannable in the same constellation they were in pre Rev2 or are they scattered. For example pre patch providence had 3 6/10 sansha war supply plexes, What can we expect to find now that is comparible? I have read the many post regarding this and other exploration issues but little has been said concerning the DED plexes. Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.Crying or Very sadEvil or Very Mad

6/10 still existing, but thay are so good hidden, than thay are not almost. Removing of static plexes = in praxis for me, removing tham at all. I sent yesterday 10 people scan for tham, we found 1 after all day work and plex dissapear after we done him. From my view ccp removed plexes from game, thay are so rare, than its waste of time scan for tham.

Nah. A corp or alliance with a good number of members online can dispatch a member to every planet and find them plexes in an extremely very short amount of time.

On the other hand, someoene without having those numbers and organization... tough luck.

read the exploration guide in the other forum.

plex's and explo sites are a breeze to find with average skills and a little patience and know how.

there is even astrometrics implants to help find them.

they are also randomly spawned if I understand it like all complex/exploration sites now.. so just cos their was a plex there doesn't mean there will be an equivalent combat plex there now? might be wrong though but would seem stupid to me to remove it only to put it back.

Scan different systems with your 10 people.. and teach them how to do it...

and I think the point is after you've done it it disapears to stop people farming it... so you have to go find another.YARRRR!!

seems like certain moduals will now become now be gone.

A-type shield mods and armour mods and nosses.

this will drive up the prices of present mods through the roof.

time to retire my ship as its my perfect mission ship.

Can the formerly static plexes be found with the "onboard scanner", or are they probe-only?

Its unlikely those people would have been able to get in between the schuedelled farming ops anyway Razz

At least now theres a chance youll find a 10/10 plex randomly pop up in your backyard.

Scanning tem out is fine with me but where do I need to scan? Entire region , constellation, scanning entire regions would take hours so the isk/hrs would be rediculous and not worth the time. You say get several people involved in scanning, sure then split the earnings amongst those people and you might as well rat in jita.

Honestly CCP. What have you done. I just found plexes maybe half a week ago. Ones that were actually WORTH my time and effort. I could use all my combat skills to actually make GOOD money via level 6's and then the day I discover this you take it away. Wow.

Plexes become useless?

Yep, they can be found with the on-board scanner - I found a 3/10 yesterday using only that. I'm guessing that the chances are fairly low though.

Well...
30 encounters later I have yet to find a x/10 plex and have made less than 1 run at a 6/10. CCP, these are all great ideas but they don't seem to pan out right in implementation.
