About Taggart Transdimensional

The mission of Taggart Transdimensional is to build a corporation based on a pure meritocracy, which views humans as heroic beings, with "their own happiness as the moral purpose of their lives, with productive achievement as their noblest activity, and reason as their only absolute." [words by philosopher Ayn Rand]

Taggart Transdimensional carries on the philosophy of Capitalism and Individualism. TTI is an umbrella for your freedom. It provides you with an environment to achieve your own goals at your own pace and method. Your time and effort belongs to you. TTI is there only to provide a corporate environment where these ideas are upheld and where you can find other rational people to do business with.

How to Apply to Taggart Transdimensional?

Website
Forums
Email: taggartnow@gmail.com

The application is not easy. We carefully judge your application and consider if you are made of Taggart material. The basic question is: "Are you a rational individual? Do you want to be in a corporation that is made up of similar people as well?" Then we test you on other matters, such your views on pirating, capitalism, individualism, and so on.

Does this sound like something you want to be a part of?

How many times have you heard that there is no 'I' in team? My guess is far too often. Did you think there was something wrong with it, but couldn't point it out? I shall do it here and now.

Such a statement is a negation of an individual. It states that any time there is a choice between an individual and the team - the individual must be sacrificed for the good of the team.

Do YOU want to be sacrificed? Do you enjoy this idea when joining a corporation that holds such a view?

Do you want to join a corporation that stands against such idea? Taggart Transdimensional is such a corporation. TTI stands strong on the idea that any team is made up of individuals, and that only the work of those individuals produces anything that any team has ever produced.

In Taggart, our teams are made up of 'I's.

Saddly... it's been lost with Gunny's Rax, 'The Pimp Mobile'. If you ever see a Rax off in the distance shooting off it's Tech 5 guns, consider yourself fortunate to have seen the roaming god.Razz

Is morality and profit-making compatible?

If you heard somebody say that one can make more money by being immoral, by getting his hands dirty from time to time, and your response was - "Bull crap," the TTi will be right for you.

At TTi, we hold that what is moral is practical, and what is practical is moral.

We don't act moral b/c we want to be "good guys." We act moral b/c it is the practical way to do business. It brings us the most profits.

I totally get what you mean about being moral, if people trust you, than they are more likely to do business with you and will do more business with you.
But be on your toes if you are moral, because the immoral are likely to take advantage

How many times have you heard that Communism/Socialism is a perfect system(s) but fails in practice because of selfishness of people?

This is wrong in many ways.

1. Communism/Socialism denies the existence of property rights. These systems claim that it is OK to take away property of one person to give it to another. This is morally wrong.

2. Communism/Socialism does not work economically. History has proven this many times over. It only leads to destruction and starvation. The only reason why someone would still think that Communism or Socialism is a good system is by evasion - by ignoring the facts of reality.

There is only one moral system that has been devised so far, a system that is moral because it supports and does not go against individual rights.

Such system is Capitalism.

Immoral cannot take advantage of a moral person.
A moral person does not give out handouts to people who are immoral.
Immoral person can only lie. Even here, a moral person isn't somebody who takes every word for granted without properly checking its truth.

Thus, immoral is impractical and fails in life.

Question. Since you are recruiting using the ISS tag, I am wondering if your ad is referring to people being recruited into the ISS?

If so, aren't there mandatory operations within the ISS? Even though I know the second question to be true, I feel the need to ask so that there is clarification for those seeking to join this fine establishment (ISS).

Thanks for the questions, Chris.

I am recruiting under my corporation flag actually.

Taggart Transdimensional is not in ISS alliance. TTI is an empire based corporation and as such all the above posts are true.

Now, TTI does have 0.0 access through ISS alliance. However, that is handled by our sister-corporation - Shrugged Atlases. And that corporation has a contract with ISS, one of which is participation in ISS operations and paying certain fees and taxes.

However, that only extends to members who choose to join 0.0 division. These fees do not apply in any way on empire division.

Mulligan Defense

One of current programs is construction of corporation sponsored defense program in 0.0.

Note, that we use our philosophy, so "sponsored" DOES NOT mean taxed. Instead, it is funded by corporate business (Capitalist way) and by optional donations from corporate members.

This shall be a first test of the program that is designed to later reach a level that can protect entire alliance from accordingly sized alliance-sized businesses.

First stages will be Tech1 frigates swarms.

Want to join the fun? Very Happy

I have carefully read through most (not all, as it's 4am right now) your site, and your concept is truly appealing.

I sit in a station and buy minerals and sell goods.

If I had to do mandatory ops, it would destroy my business in that it would take my time and my resources. Right now, my best ship is a shuttle.

If I had to pay mandatory taxes, I would not be able to invest all my profits right back into production. I would lack the ability to invest in my self as much which would exponentially take away from my profits (money makes more money with me).

If I was told where I had to be at certain times, I would not be able to watch my orders and keep up with competition easily.

If I was in a normal corp right now, I would not be a multi-billionaire in Eve-Online, definitely not with how little time I sometimes put into the game.

0.0 space is an amazing profit maker, but only with the right corp--a corp that stands out of my way.

I stand with TTI for _my_ freedom, for _my_ way, and _my_ success.
