I think it's a case of installing the client to a different folder to the one you use for Tranq then choosing Singularity from the loging screen when you run the newly-installed client.

CCP have to copy over your account firstly, and that's not something you have control over I beehive :)

You could have just edited the post, you know.

After your account's been active (i.e. past the 14-day trial period) for so long, Singularity should be updated with all the current data on each player. Then you can use Singularity.

As for copying the client, just use the Setup program used to install the client, and choose a different folder (i.e try changing /CCP/EVE to /CCP/EVE S as an example) when prompted. Much easier.

I copy the whole ccp folder on to my desk top and fire it from there, then patch it to the test server. If auto patch is down which it wos yesterday u will have to grab the test patch from the eve site hope this helps Smile

Yeah, I know, but I'm not too fussed if people know that my perfect spelling isn't due to my bothering to type properly. :)

ok so i got in this test server, i heard u have infinite money, is this true?

and also, since people test stuff out, can i somehow get faction mods to try them out?

i know your skills are like a month behind or so, but what other differences and benefits are there on htis test server?

Not sure about that, your best option to find out would be to try buying something.

you have as much money as you had whenvever test server was last mirrored with your information. same place your skills are at. many (not every) things are seeded on the market at 100isk. if you need more money I hear tell people simply buy and insure a bs, then get it popped. might have to travel out to the 0.0 station where most of the bug hunters and such live to find a fully stocked market.

Yup. So you buy a Tempest or whatever for 100isk, insure it for however much it costs, then self destruct it and receive the full value of 100mill or whatever.

On the test server, you're not allowed to shoot anyone without their permission (so you don't get in the way of people doing bug hunting routines). FFA is a system somewhere in 0.0 (use your map search) where non-consensual PvP is allowed. So head there if you want to blow stuff up.
