1. Force people out of the noobie corps. Quit giving macros a free ride. Have the tax rate climb the longer you are in the corp or something. Or require gaining status points to remain in them.

The UI overall is horrid. 2-4 off the top of my head I could make a long list

2. Saved ship configurations. Not drag and drop and click 3 dozen times to change out ammo and modules. I don't care if it takes 30 seconds or even a minute just get rid of the annoying excessive clicking to everything we do in game.

3. Make each window have its own stored location and size. If I look at the corp hagar in a big window then don't have that show up when I loot my first wreck after I undock. To go with this. Why does if I say pull the loot out of a wreck then right click and get a menu for somethign else the menu closes when the wreck window closes. Once again make seperate windows/menus actually seperate.

4. Allow customizing ALL of the menus. For example I've lost track of how many times I have genereated a character portrait when I don't want to. Let me take the bloody option off the menu if I want to.

5. The alt issue. Limit logging in and out on different characters. You log in on one character the others on the account can't be logged in for some period. Still allows alts but makes it much tougher to use them to scout. Or costs your main time logged in to let an alt copy a BPO etc.

6. Fix the sound problems. Running higher level missions with multiple people the lag gets crazy. The cause? SOUND? yes SOUND? Turn sound off and it goes away. If I run two clients on one machine I have to disable sound on one account to avoid a blue screen of death crash. Pentium processor, soundblaster card, up to date drivers. hire somebody that can fix this since whoever is currently on it obviously can't.

7. Make NPC's target jet cans. Yes I know the miners are going to scream bloody murder. Put some risk in semi afk mining. Little baby rats can't hurt your ship? Then they'll pop your jet can and cost you money instead.

8. Randomize missions. I'm far from a hardcore player and freely admit it. I don't play that many hours a week so I mainly run NPC missions. After seeing the same mission a few times it gets old. Mix the spawns up.

9. More on missions Put in more difficulty levels. Yes it is a personal choice but I prefer to stay in a cruiser class ship so I can still move and maneuver. Allow us to choose a more difficult level 3 but something short of a 4 so it's a challenge.

10. Make local chat just show chat. Not be a scouting tool. Or at least give each player the ability to not show up in local. I don't even want a player count shown in local. You want to know who is there? Fly around and look or scan the sytem.

A list of minor things which irritate me:

1. Modal Dialogs
(i) The "Make modal dialogs transparent" setting doesn't work for stuff added in the past year or so (the new S&I and contracts interfaces)
(ii) Actually, get rid of all modal dialogs; it's very irritating to have to cancel a contract I'm in the middle of setting up to ask something in a chat or activate a gate

2. Autopilot Control Panel
Why is this hidden away in map settings, requiring me to open the map just to switch between safest/shortest? Make this a separate window (perhaps accessed via a right-click menu on autopilot button?)

3. Add "Repair" to right-click menu for damaged items in station
... perhaps even a visual indication on the icon that the item is damaged. I have a dozen unpackaged modules of the same type in my hangar. When I try to repackage, it stops because one of them is damaged, but I have to then open the repair window and try to repair them one by one until I fix the right one)
.. and make the repair window (and the other station services) not these fixed, full-width spanning windows which look absurd on dual-monitor setups (as has recently been changed for the fitting window)

4. Search for corp assets. Search to find stuff inside containers and ships.
... and generally make doing something with corp assets work the same way as doing something personal assets.

5. Automated Petition Response giving current queuing time
"Thank you for your petition. It is currently #14643 in the queue. At the current rate of progress your petition will be answered in 23 days". I'd actually prefer this to hearing nothing for weeks...

6. Get rid of the gimbal lock on the camera
I want to be able to spin my ship indefinitely in any direction :-)
... and actually this does cause problems when trying to look straight up or down

7. Price feedback on popular lab/manufacturing slots
This doesn't seem to be done at the moment, or if it is the feedback is far too small. In station where all slots are full (and/or all the offices are rented), start racking up the prices; don't apply it evenly across all slots so some lines end up being more expensive with shorter queues. I'd much prefer this as mechanism for getting people out of Jita than having interbus deliver stuff.

8. Market buy/sell order duration
Have this default to the last value used, not 1 day. Putting order up for 1 day when you meant 3 months 4tl :(

9. "Miscellaneous" EW effects
How about using the actual name of the effect in the display. Some means for indicating the source of the effect would be pretty nice, also...

10. There is no number 10 :-)

1.Faction Warfare: Let us have a way for the 4 empires to expand its territory into 0.0. It would be a player driven thing and would be dependant on a loyal alliance to keep the BoB's and Irons out of it for it to stay in an Empires Territory.

I would also like faction warfare to include partisans amongst the Empires fighting to replace the current regimes. Imagine, Republican Caldari. Or a Megacorporation War between Ishukone and Lai Dai. The Jin Mei Conflict could be used for this as well.

Allow us to fight for Khanid, Ammatar, Intaki Syndicate, Mordus Legion In faction warfare. For instance, The Gallente Federation invade the Syndicate, you have to help defend. Or the CalNav hire mordus Legion to assault Republic assets, and youve been contracted to do so.


2. About time Mordus Legion, the Syndicate, Khanid Kingdom, Ammatar Mandate had some faction ships.

3. Remove all complexes from High Security Space.

4. Remove all level 4 agents from High Security Space.

5. Fix the Bounty system, for once.

6. Fix the Deimos

7. Give all Interceptors more PG and CPU. It be nice to be able to fit tech2 gear on a tech2 ship.

8. Allow illicit cargo to somehow,with a skill or module to be easily moved through Empire Space. Smuggling should be a profession in a space opera setting.

9. Lasers suck, drain too much cap.

10. make some sort of in-game gambling system.

1. Drone problems - mass aggro in lvl4's, drone ui is far from optimal, drone ai is virtually absent and needs reworked.
2. Tech 2 ammo needs some work.
3. Savable ship fittings, no more clicking 40 times to retool my ship for its next job.
4. Make the window sizes and camera settings NOT reset every time you dock/undock. I'm tired of zooming my camer out every time I undock so I can see something besides my hull (yes, its a pretty hull, but I want to see where I'm going and who's shooting more often)
5. Tech II ships do not need to have the exact same bonuses as their predecessors hulls did. Especially Covert Ops, also true of many assault ships/HACs.
6. ship skins/ paint jobs - optional to view for performance reasons, possibly forcibly disabled in mega-dense systems *cough, Jita, cough*
7. Rework agent offers so that you have a total LP pool with each corp you work for, then instead of getting random offers, have defined specific 'purchasable' options to use those LP's on. And more options would be great.
8. More friendly skill change system. Allow either duel training of a primary and secondary skill (at reduced rates who total is equivalent to current training speeds), or allow a single skill to be qued up to train automatically after the current skill finishes.
9. Make exploration worth the time, effort, and money.
10. More ships, and if new ship models are a problem, get alternative configurations (base bonuses/stats/slots) of current ships. EX: Megathron with 7.5% large hybrid damage per level, no second bonus. Maybe even larger access to faction varients/more faction varients.

Both (Smuggling skill and Smugglers Mask I) exist as in-game items, aren't seeded for player use though.

3. More faction ships please (like those Elite Megathron Duvolle) :) Or introduce the ones that are in EvE database dump, but not in game... like these mining Frigates (Gatherer, Sparrow, Kishar*) or Patrol Ships (Atropos, Glaive, Sculpture*) - they look awesome for a start ;)

4) Make basic character appearance available in all bloodlines - (not the clothes, props, hair etc. just the underlying body parts)

5) Better selection of clothes...less bondage gear, more "Chanel" (Sticky tape on the nips? - were these designed by a 14 year old boy?) (When we get the ability to move around in stations; PLEASE don't make it a bondage fest- or at least ensure a wider range of clothing)
On the same subject, how about using procedural textures to pattern clothing/bodyarmor/backgrounds in the character generator. Being algorithms would keep the character generator lightweight, it won't affect the in game experience as the portraits are bitmaps, a google search found these possibilities: http://www.shaders.co.uk

6) Slots on ships dependent on skill level: So on a Brutix for example, you have to train in order to get the seventh (or eighth!) High slot. (I accept tho, that this may be the intention of rigs - which I think are splendid!)

7) Timer controlled bombs/mines, for delayed action pwnage. (and the ability to "save the day" by carrying them out into safe space with the clock ticking - with a serious boost to destructive power if they explode inside the hull)

8) "Some" Rats kill jetcans. I'm a miner (not all the time!) but I agree the macroers must be stopped.

9) "Some" Rats kill pods. If you want to explore low sec, buy a cloak.

10) Custom colors or custom color panels on ships - maybe a hex value stored with the customizable ship name...or a "ensign" panel on the ship to display a Corp logo or Icon. The Icon being e.g. a user-defined 24x24 pixel artwork, defined in the Corp control screen.

1. Fix drone AI. I'm tired of my drones deciding on their own to ignore the target I told them to attack, wandering off, getting targeted by some other pack and then refusing to return to drone bay and getting popped.

2. Add drone UI. Do I really need to do all that right-clicking and drop down menu searching for what could just be 3 simple buttons?

3. Destroy all T2 BPOs along with the lottery. They create too much power. Offer T2 BPO owners 1-time only buyout offers and before everything is turned into BPCs. Invention system will be pointless if BPOs still exist.

4. 1-skill queue. Skill takes over and starts training once current skill completes. I, for one, am in the middle of training gunnery and had no skill that would get me through my weekend (no Eve time available) under gunnery last night- no level 4s. I got stuck training something I didn't want to just so I didn't lose a day and a half of skill training.

5. Did anyone in CCP play Earth and Beyond? Then you'll know what I'm talking about when I say more prime fiction. And it needs to have a real effect on the game. This might open up interesting avenues for factional warfare.

6. Disallow players from joining NPC corps after they leave their first one at the start of the game. Drop to no corp when you leave a player corp. Make it really in-your-face that you'd better corp up or leave Eve.

7. Increase ammo capacity and damage on artillery. Why did you nerf our howitzers when we were supposed to be the hit-and-run race? Blasters outdamage us and rails are more range flexible. At least give us howies.

8. Fix Amarr by fixing EM damage.

9. Fix drone AI and UI. Again.

10. No expiration on kill rights. You have the right to kill anyone that has killed you, period. For as long as you play the game.

9. Kill the nerf on the WCS. It's an escape from destruction. Not cowardly. I say nerf the Warp Disrupters instead. Pirates already only seek out the weaker than them to prey/grief upon. Make it harder on them and give the griefie a chance to escape.

8. Repeat what others have said; Make bounty hunting more viable.

7. WCS at +2 and Disrupters at +1. Again giving the weaker 1/2 a chance and making it that much harder to be a cowardly 'only pick on those extremely weaker than you' pirating (pre-censored for your conveinance).

1) Reduce lag and crakkling noise when 15 rats all start hitting me with missiles at once. (make option to turn off certain graphics?)
2) Drones UI, Agressive mode (attack anything they are allowed to) Passive Mode (only attack what you tell them to no matter what)
3) "item number" and "number of jumps" having their own sortable column in the assets
4) Top slot module for BS's that allows 1 extra drone per module (or allow the carrier one to be used on bs's since motherships can field up to 25 while the only drone battleship (Dominix) can still only field 5 Guardian-vexor (cruiser) can field 10, and there is one other that can field 10 i think)
5) Some people actually enjoy being empire carebears.. PLEASE don't ruin the game for them by implimenting anything that forces them to start having to pvp (ie. get ganked more often)
6) allow left right up and down keys to change ship direction .. the double clicking thing really sux sometimes. oh .. and an accelerate and decelerate key binding without needing ctrl, alt, or shift .. (maybe page up or page down?)
7) fix the map- i dunno .. spread it out .. allow selected region to be the only stars showing .. dedicate a direciton as "north" ... allow topview on the outer rim of 0.0 instead of the wierd angled view
8) Sec hit free podding of "wanted" characters
9) CONCORD missions to raise your sec status
10)CONCORD in 0.4 who only come to the rescue of agression victims with 1.0 or better sec status >>> 2.0 in 0.3 systems > 3.0 in 0.2 systems > 4.0 in 1.0 systems

1)When you click the info on an alliance it should list all of the Corps in that alliance.
2)Smuggling Cans
3)more bottlenecks (places where you have a good 5 to 10 systems that can only be reached though one bottleneck) or stargate destruction to make your own. call them Constellations or regions .. the sovergn alliance can name them as they please
4)A Droneship between a dominix and a capital ship (that can fly about in empire)
5)low slot item to give more dronespace, top slot to give more drones controlled at once
6)a blank space to right click on when you are too close to moons/ships/roids
7)Make local chat like trade channel chat where you can't tell if someone is there until they say something
8)NPCs jumping between gates (haulers and rats alike) in 0.1-0.4 space.. even some with escorts.
9)something to do with all of my illegal items (maybe hidden poker tourniments where the buy in is either slaves, drugs, toxic waste .. whatever)
10) low sec "secure" space where Pirate Corps come to your aid if you have good standing with them. maybe identified as -0.1 - -1.0 where as your standing increases from 1 (they assist you in -1.0) to 10 (they assist you in -0.1)

1. Let MWDs work in deadspace. My Deimos or Thorax or Vigilant is significantly nerfed in its designed fighting style (drones + close-range blasters + MWD), making me having to switch to an AB all the time and not being able to get close and far away soon enough, for no obvious reason.

2. Provide more abilities for teaming up. Share isk/lp rewards between group members. Think of some way to fairly distribute the loot, somehow. Showing what team members loot works, but isnít enough because I donít really look forward to ploughing through loot logs everytime we finish a mission. Also, provide a /roll function.

3. Give missions more variation. Theyíre BORING, every one of them is the same. What about introducing collection missions (with certain drops appearing in certain areas from certain rats, like in WoW), more chain missions, and whatever else original and new and interesting you can come up with. Also, make more missions (especially for the lower levels, 2 and 3). Iím not interested in doing the same mission 5 times in the span of a day.

4. Give NPCs more personality, let one NPC send you to another and let them give you different missions as you gain reputation with them. Again, look at how NPCs interact in WoW.

5. Make exploration go faster. Sitting and scanning is boring, I want action and youíre not giving it to me. Next time you invent a new function, please consider whether letting people watch a counter count down from 600 to 0 for hours on end really is good gameplay. I donít pay Ä15/month for that.

6. Make the time-out of escalating encounters pause during downtime. Or get rid of the daily downtime. Or give them a longer time-out.

7. Teach drones to focus fire.

8. Put the forum topic name in the page title if youíre not logged in, and put it at the front (bookmarks, undo closed tab, or glancing at the topic while youíre in the middle of a page is hell without it).

9. Let me view the contents of (assembled) containers in my assets window.

10. Make skills train faster, and/or give it a boost based on player activity, allowing people who put some effort in it to get what they want faster, and others too.

11. Let autopilot jump to 0 instead of 15km. I mean, why the hell not. Travelling is a nuisance, thatís what we used to have autopilot for, but now if you want to make a decent traveling time you need to stay behind your computer all the time and the autopilot has become pretty useless.

12. Skill training queue.

13. Auto-loot (just copy from WoW, it works great).

14. Make the market not freeze the interface for 5 hours (oh sorry I mean 10 SECONDS) when you use it.

15. Let me insure my T2 ship properly. Thatís why I am VERY hesitant to take my Deimos into PvP (and donít want to take a Thorax into PvP because itís underpowered).

16. World events. The new regions suddenly Ďunlockedí by themselves. It wouldíve been so much cooler if this had been caused by the effort of players, with solo, group and fleet missions where everyone could have helped with the process to unlocking it.

17. Hidden shortcuts (warp gates) that can be found by exploration.

18. Configurable keyboard shortcuts for everything please. E.g. Ďdrones attack targetí or Ďcircle around targetí.

19. Replace the tons of small ships in missions with fewer bigger ships.

20. Let corps rent billboard ads.

21. Let alts just have their own training time, instead of sharing it. Currently, thatís just an excuse for CCP to suck more money from players because they force people into buying additional accounts (because if you pay for it, hey, then you can! blah).

But let me finish by saying that Iíve been playing WoW lately, and that game has a lot more variation in its combat missions (even though that can also get quite repetetive at some point), much better functions and incentives for team play (group missions, PvP missions), and short storylines that you participate in (even though

1.- Complex
High Space complex must be enabled to shoot everyone is inside on one without wars. Cosmos complex needs complete only once, more than once seems farming.

2.- killboard
Ingame killboard would be nice by char, corp and alliance setup with a option to do it public, whatever you can see km on char/corp/alliance where your char/corp/alliance involved. Its a way to remove an external tool where your ip can be fishing.

3.- HAC underpowered
Some HACs needs a revision to do them awesome, since command ships they are underpowered.

4.- ECM
The last nerf on ECM make unuseles my skills on ECM, perhaps i could ask to reimbursement my skill on ECM after nerfed. Or try to increase their efectivenes on specialized ship like bb, scorpion, rook and falcon. I think isnt sufficient the last increment on them.

5.- Missions
Add factional warfare on mission, if i'm caldari with more than 'x' standing with caldari faction. And there is anyone fighting caldari npc, if he has more than 'y' standing with caldari faction. Let us to hunt them.

6.- DoomsDay
Doomsday range its to large, reduce it to 100km or less.

7.- NPC Corps
Unabled be in NPC Corps for 3 months, or make shootable any pilot in NPC Corps with more than 3 months on it.

8.- Security Status on PVP
Increase Security Status if you involved on kills againts neutrals or negative standing pilots above your sovereheight. So your are defending your territory.

9.- Steel bombers need booster

10.- Skill queue
Needs a way to change skill without log on game,per example since work or since my vacatione site. Website change skill and queue skill training would be nice. Sometimes i log on in eve cliant only to change skill.

1. capital warp scramblers.
2. fix npc corps - max 1month in them.(force people to make corps, or after 1 month them are transfered to a npc corp which you can declare war on).
3. fix ddd( remove remote detonation, make it cost more isk to fire off, and less range on it.)
4. more entry points to 0.0
5. upgrade providence region(hedbergite is best ore...)
6. fix spodumain ore, its a useless ore, why is it even ingame. mining scordite yields more isk pr hour.
7. boost to pos guns dmg and tracking. it is too easy to blast pos's after the hp boost. and give 1 player direct control of all the pos guns. now.. hes gonna lagg like the rest, so make sure he can set the guns to some sort of auto list, like bs first, dreads 2nd etc etc.
8. boost freigthers. give them the hp boost all other ships got. nothing more. no slots etc.
9. boost events. we need alot more events.
10. recycle loot on pos's. im sure all the pos's out there generate alot lagg due to pos's beeing full on loot. make sure the recycle is less than that you get of outpost refineries, and that you need alot skill for it.

1. Anchorable guns/missile battries (small/medium/big)
10km apart minimum. Cannot be anchor in space higher
than 0.4 sec rating.
2. Anchorable ship and password locking to prevent bumping
and theft of ship from POS.Not applicable in 0.8 or
higher. Anchored ship can still be destroy but concord's
rules apply.
3. New ships, T1 Tropedo Frigate (99% reduction in cpu
needs for tropedo launcher). 2 - 4 high slot just for
tropedo / missile module only. Modify Kestrel?
4. New Ship, Assault Carrier. 1/3 the size and mass of a
standard carrier, only carry 4-6 fighter. No docking bay
for player ships, can use jumpgate.
5. Enable targeting of modules or subsystem, but must bring
down the target's shields totally and some % of armor
before been able to target subsystem or module, just
like that in NEXUS.
6. Drone launcher turret, high slot. Can launch drones but
cannot retrive it back to launcher, only to cargo bay,
where it will have to be reloaded like ammo.
7. Hireable NPC Mecenary units. Can acompany player for
mission or 0.0 advanture. Control functions just like
drone intreface.
8. Hireable NPC Mecenary Corp/Faction. Can be use against
rival corp (no wardec require).Limit to corp vs corp and
numbers of Mercs Corps that can be hires against one
corp and limit the numbers the target corp can fight.
Does not involve Alliance.
9. Mecenary Contract : A player creatable contract for
player mecenary corp to accept, Upon accepting the
contract, the Merc corp has a time limit to hunt the
target and bring back proof of kills to get the reward.
Make each ship kill drop a dog tag or ship log with name
and corp for easy identification.
10. Random Pirates or Drones raiding party intrusion into
empire and 0.0 siegeing POS and Outposts.

so many very very good ideas. here is a few of mine.

1: One sugested that we should be able to proffesion in a single kind of module/ship.. i really endorce that idea. make it posible for a person to specilise in 1 thing like i want to be able to make this apoc slightly better by recearching on it. then i should get like 100 options on what i can recearch on the bpo. there should ofc be side efects to anything u make.

2: Pvp. make instadock imposible.. when your agressed your agressed. then ofc you cant dock, IF in war etc...

3: Do something about mining, its simply to borring.

4: plz lets have more npc actions. a jovian invation fleet or an unknown new race wich will atack all or something..

5: more seperate nameable corp wallets. for savings etc..

6: the posibility to invent an unknown item, say you invent and have a major breakthrue, you have invented an new item wich no one else have in the game, ofc only a bpc... also new ships should be here... with your name on it!

7: capital ship nosferatus, warp scams etc.. bout time they get this sort of stuff...

8: New proffesion, SPY. you seem to in one corp and you bio etc says so, but infact you sit in your real corps channel too.. this would maybe kill quite a few alts. the skill for spying should ofc be somehting like 5 % of hind in the corp pr lvl. if not higly skilled the ceo might get a mail stating he has a spy. :) FUN ****!

9: outpost creation, more of em, atm theres only 4 kind there should be more.. some wich have say refine and manufactory... they should maybe be smaller than the nmormal ones and can be deployed faster, maybe they are destroyable.

10: new proffesion, Explore a pilot whos task is to find new gates wormholes etc, from where he she gets an advantagde. say a wormhole in jita wich leed directly to 00. the wormholes closes once in a while so new ones are needed.

11: make it posible to create gates. those gates should also be destroyable.

Ok, some things have changed since I made my list thatís on page one here, so hereís a few more:

1. Contract searching- youíve made contracts much better and more usable, however when searching description or item type it should search both, since youíre still required to repeat your search in two places to see everything. For example Iím currently in the market for faction and officer mega beam lasers. Since there are several different items with the exact same stats Iím not restricted to just a single item to purchase. The best way to conduct this multi-item search is to search for Ďmega beamí under description. However that only shows items where the contract issuer bothered to type Ďmega beamí in the description field. After running that search I then have to individually re-search each and every specific mega beam in the game in the item search box, which gives a whole different list of results than the description search for the same thing. Itís time consuming, annoying and limiting the exposure for contract issuers and the market for buyers.

2. Inventory search improvements: These are long overdue, why canít I do a specific item search in system, or region? Why only for the whole universe? Why canít search include things in cans, containers, or cargoholds? We can now remote split stacks via the contract interface, why not the assets interface? I realize that the average pirate doesnít have very many assets spread over a lot of stations/systems, but I have a hard time finding an empire system where I donít have any assets, and could really use more powerful asset management tools.

3. S&I improvements and general love: yeah this is long overdue too, mid-size cargo ships, interface improvements and whatnot.

4. Bubbles should be allowed to anchor in low-sec now I think, at least up to 0.3, since you donít need charters for a POS there, why are there restrictions on anchoring a bubble?

5. High-sec POS Concord defense when war-decíed: This needs to be fixed, nothing should be invulnerable anywhere.

6. After fixing #5 maybe sometime in the future moon mining, reactions, and whatnot should be allowed in high-sec, with increased charter cost or something. Why not, there are mins on high-sec moons, some are even pretty tasty, plus invention and the reseed have greatly increased the demand for components.

7. Now that Iíve won a T2 BPO in the lottery, I think that the lottery is fine. But Iíd like to win a better one than the crap one I got, so fix that ok.Wink Have a pop-up when you claim the BPO, the agent asks if you are going to produce from the BPO or resell it, and if they pick resale then have the agent yank their BPO and give them an ammo BPO instead, or conversely when the R&D agents were introduced, production efficiency lvl 5, and the three basic research skills to lvl 5 should have all been pre-reqs for any agent research. The number of people who got R&D agents just to win a BPO to sell probably far outweighs the number who would actually use what they won, and screwed the lotto from its start.

8. Ignore 98% of the suggestions in (everyone elseís) top ten lists, because they are just nutz.

9. See my point #10 from my first list, Iím still extremely disappointed in you guys for that, it was all but confirmation that there is more effort to placate older players and an attitude of Ďwho caresí about the new guys.

1. Low Slot ECCM/ECM Moduals. See this Link for why.

2. BPO Research: If you have lots of BPO's to research at your POS and you want them all done to same ME level you can select all of them and tell it where it do the research and what level and after you click it automatically fills up all available research slots with that number of BPO's till you run out of slots.

3. Contracting: Same idea. You have multiple BPO's (or items) to contract for the same amount. Selct all and tell it what kind and how much and it automatically creates all contracts up to the number of contracts you have left to make.

4. Don't remove Level IV research agents from High Sec Space. Make better ones in low sec.

5. Don't remove/move Level IV Missions from High sec space. Make Level V missions in low sec.

6. Leave the NPC corp players alone. There are lots of people who do not want to join Corps as they are just around to solo mine, build things and do missions. There are some people who do have a life other then EvE and not much time to play and to get involoved in the politics of corp life.

7. Make is possible for a BPO to be viewable in the Corp hanger and can also be researched at a POS but it cannot be removed from the Corp Hanger and when finshed reserching or manufacturing it goes back into same location. This will allow the use of BPO's but not the theft of the BPO.

8. Leave POS protection by CCP alone in high sec.

But if you are going to change it then make the cost to WarDec the POS different then Wardecing the Corp/Alliance members. Make the cost a LOT of isk as the POS killers are attempting to cut off the other corps isk or manufacturing supply (or even destroy the POS and components) and that investment is HUGE. There should be a corresponding cost to those who want to kill off POS's that is not present currently. I would suggest a Billion isk to wardec a POS.

No particular order

1. Make drones unactive upon intervention on the pilot by concord
2. No insurance payout if there was more than 2 kills by concord for attacking the same ship
3. Skill queue
4. Drone ui
5. Keep local or allow a system wide scanner in the ship
6. Some mini client to change skill only. evemail optional
7. have a way to broadcast a tournament match in our eve client
8. turn sentry drones into some sort of artillery/railgun/beam laser drone that is slower but can pack a punch at longer distances
9. When walking on stations will arrive, make sure no one can dance (wow is a little troubling for this)
10. Where is this mining capital ship ?

EDIT: No matterwhat agent, all LPs go to a corp pool so i can do lvl 1 when i feel like it without haveing 2 dozen offers coming in the next day...

Better Client Performance *PERIOD*

I have a good computer, I take care of my computer, I can run most new games with some FPS lag, I can run all 1-year old games without FPS lag, but I still can't run this game without lag on moments when I don't need it.

I am a programmer myself, and I often compare your game with WoW.

When you are in WoW and you're in a major city, there can be 200 guys running around sometimes... The game keeps running fine, just like it did before... Everything is just SOOOO much smoother in that game... Admittedly, they don't have to draw every player in sight in WoW and they sometimes fade in and out of your screen to reduce server lag, and that is not possible in EvE, since everything that is there, has to be drawn on the screen, but what the heck??? When there's 30-40 ships on my screen, EVERYTHING goes so much slower...

Even when I'm warping into a belt with 3 rats, the screen lags for 2 seconds... When I place an item from one can to another can, it lags, IT ALL TAKES TOO FRIGGIN LONG... GET SOME PERFORMANCE IN THE CLIENT!!!

that should be your first major concern and EVERYONE would be very friggin grateful if you solved some of the client's FPS issues... because there ARE issues. LOTS OF THEM.

Even when I'm in station and I want to move some items to another ship or something like that, FPS LAG! Always the same sh*t... DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT FIRST BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE...

ps: I have a P4 2.8Ghz, 1024Mb DDR2 RAM, Geforce 7600GT 256Mb RAM and a 10,000 RPM Hard drive... which is formatted just now with a light version of Windows XP (200Mb mem. usage when idle and fresh startup)... MY COMPUTER CANT BE THE PROBLEM... YOUR CRAPPY CODING IS!

1. Standings to mean more - I would absolutely adore the idea of getting a faction Battleship reward when you reach 9.5 standing with a faction. Maybe NPC corps could reward you also with something nice once you pass 9.0 or 9.5 standing also.

2. Ship Customization - Specifically PAINT, and a Corp or Alliance logo on the wing/side of the ship.

3. Planetary interaction - Being able to fly downward to a planet (using autopilot if neccessary to restrict movement). Towns or cities could be represented by the same kind of environment as a station presently (think in terms of street scene background or ship dock).

4. Agents giving more diverse missions - Missions get repeated too often in one night, especially if you are a courier and do 20-40 in one night.

5. Branding/Item customization

6. longer fights / More tactical PVP - Im kinda depressed that combat only lasts what seems like seconds when you have been prepared or looking to combat for 4 hours stright.

7. Drone AI/UI - Love the idea of being able to control them more in the sence of giving them standing orders (eg. zig-zag on approach / stay in formation / attack anything / etc, before a battle).

8. gang improvements - It would be adorable to use formations with other ships, especially in light of the new blob-splitter weapons :)

9. subsystem damage - I'd like to see my modules slowly dying one by one, but this would only really happen if combat was 'slowed down' a bit as mentioned briefly in a previous point.

10.Agents giving higher rewards the farther you have to travel for courier missions (needs much higher rate of increase per jump than right now - especially across 0.0).

1) Drones. Among other things, I'm sad after a ctd coming back to my mission finding my drones 50km away and dying, and nothing I can do but go home and buy more.

2) Mission variety. I'd even like to see a "Box o' chocolate" mission - "We're getting reports of unknown ships in xxx system. Go find out what they are and eliminate if hostile." - you never know what you're gonna get.

3) A Trade Goods system that makes sense. The contract system is already in place, how about expanding it to an NPC market? People on planets need food. Colonists in 0.0 need supplies. Tourists want to travel from system x to system y. I used to play Railroad Tycoon many years ago and it would be fun to have that kind of competition on the scale of an MMO.

4) Clean up Concord. I know this one is big and sensative, but it really makes no sense. A gank squad attacks another player and hundreds of police ships show up, destroy the gank squad and stand by while the gankers loot the wreckage. Then the gank squad goes home in their pods and collects insurance. Here's my suggestions - remove concord's invincibility, reduce the number of ships that appear, but increase the penalty. Make the security hit for destroying a concord ship extreme, like it would be in real life. Also, empower the players. If someone attacks a non-war target, make them a marked criminal and let everyone get in on the action. No docking, no jumping, no log-offski - vigilantes ftw. Last thing, a criminal's ship shouldn't be reimbursed by insurance.

5) Allow system security to be modified by players. If a 0.0 alliance wants to bring trade and development, they should be able to increase the security rating through their own actions. Likewise, piracy and warfare should be able to lower security rating.

6) Planetary Industry. A place for players to invest. This could influence pts 3 and 5 above.

7) More destroyers. How about a 2nd tier?

8) Skill queuing. First, get rid of inactive account training (I'm guilty of this, and yes I'm happy to sacrifice it for queuing). Then, introduce a skill that allows you to queu skills (+1 per level) and another skill that allows you to split learning (+1 per level). What's the real problem with this? If I'm paying for the account I shouldn't lose skill time just because a storm knocked out my power, or your patch is taking longer than you expected, or even just cause I forgot. Throw a dog a bone, ya know?

9) More viable module choices. There are already plenty of modules, how about instead of nerfing the ones that are used, making the ones less used more viable. I'm talking about things like Capacitor Batteries. Why would anyone use the large cap battery (named or otherwise) on a bs, when the worst cap recharger improves recharge rate better for fewer ship resources than the best large cap battery? There are dozens of modules like that, I just melt them when I get them because there is always a better choice for the slot and no one buys them. I also find it annoying that my Domi setup is identical to my Apoc setup for the mid and low slots (aside from the extra cap charger), which is so nearly identical to every other armor tank setup. (I don't consider swapping hardeners to be changing the setup). Anyway, there shouldn't be a best setup, give us some real choices.

10) Get rid of agent quality all-together and increase the impact of system security. Having done missions for three of the four main faction's navies (and looked at the fourth) there are some real weird trends in high-end agent quality. For example, Gallente's highest qual navy agent is in .8, while Amarr's is in .4. I don't remember for certain, but I think Caldari's is in high sec and Minmatars in low. Just doesn't seem right that the risk/reward be mainly based on some nebulous quality rating.

1: End to static complexes. You should either have to scan one down or encounter one that swaps randomly and lives for only a few hours before spawning somewhere else.

2: Titans should anchor like POSs. DDD and stargate should only work on anchored titans. When attacked they should go into reinforced. Their pilots should be able to undock from them if they want to. They should have NPC battleships in their drone bays.

3: Corp recruitment needs an overhaul. Creating a new corp and putting out a page with a simple sort checklist: Pirate yes/no. O.O access yes/no. Search by alliance, racial preferences, role playing, currently recruiting, active timezones, etc...

4: Stock market.

5: ISK sinks. It should cost something to run an outpost. Regular shipments of food, water, trade goods (dancing girls). Without these regular shipments the outpost functionality is impared and fewer pilots can be docked at any given time.

6: Planet-side ops: Special craft that can land. Space elevators raising / lowering trade goods to the planet surface.

7: Anything that encourages small wolf packs or 1v1 pvp over massive fleet blobs.

1. Add new ships. t2 BSs, tier 2 recons or HACs, etc.
2. Area of effect missiles: Like a shootable smartbomb. Possibly used on Stealth Bombers.
3. Shield Vampires: like nos, only with shields.
4. Buff HACs. You can get a tier 3 BS for the same price.
5. Tiered Tractor beams: BS sized can pull frigs, capital sized can pull cruisers, etc.
6. Re-populate low sec. I don't care how.
7. Nerf the passive shield tank. I know it kicks ass, but when a Myrmidon can passive shield tank two BSs, something's not right. It's a Gallente ship, for god's sake!
8. Warp to 0 autopilot. Might as well, because nobody uses autopilot anymore.
9. Decrease inflation. It's BAD. The regional average of almost all ships and mods is about 4-5 times their base value.
10. Add more gate guns or something; anything to impede the campers! That isn't real PvP, it's shooting fish in a barrel.

Here is a thought.
Tourny Complexes

Just like there are known locations for Cosmos Missons or Complexes you could have Tourny sites in different systems. They would be in high sec so no one could shoot each other till inside the room. You have two gates in same location but 50-100km apart. They can have different types of engagment requirements: Number of ships or size of ships just like Complexes.

To get in you have to have a gang and the boss activates the gate. The other gate will then show in some way that the first group is ready and then the first ganged group that fits the requirements and activates the 2nd gate jumps in at the same time the other group jumps in. The arena acts like a 0.0 space so there is no bad effects for killing anyone's ship.... but pod killing point loss would remain in force. No one else can activate the gate to get in after the two groups jump.

This would allow "tourneys" to happen anytime others are willing to have them.

14.) unnerf cloaking devices and bombers!

Here's the thought:

cloaking devices shud only be used by the ships meant to. So only covert ops and recon ships shud ne the only ships capable of using cloaks.
Then ive heard you want to invent some damn thing that can find cloaked ships, just because some kids whining threads about cloaks. So you nerfed cloaks. Evil or Very MadEvil or Very Mad
After nerfing cloaks you make one ship class - stealth bombers!
Okay you are on the best way to make bombers real bombers but you should either rename the shipclass or give them the ability back to cloak even when locked or make them warp cloaked!
Unless there is something done in that direction, the "stealth bombers" are no stealth ships or you can name any ship "stealth" coz any ship can wear a cloak.
Think about it!

1)Caldary boost: speed boost - caldary ships used to be fast & agile, shield tanking in pvp maybe relocate some E-war modules from mid slots to high or low slots.
2)Stealth bombers strongly needs covert ops. cloaking device. Enormous bombs cost make them not applicable in combat.
