I didn't even know the change was live until now. The only reason I noticed the change is because the forums gobble up my posts and if you hit "back" 2x and repost it gives the time flux error. Otherwise I'd never have known

So you are able to click post, go back to the forums, find another topic you'd like to read/reply again to, read the OP (if needed) and any/all responses, click reply to topic at least 3 times, then type out a meaningful response to the said topic? Maybe I need to work on my typing/reading speed... along with my internet connection.

Make it 1 post per minute and one thread per 5!

Then somewhere along the line, a higher dev looks it over and makes the change live. Edit: Its about 30 seconds between replying to posts and creating new threads.

Can't create threads too quickly now DS. aye it is a good change. one BIG bug though (noticed it last night)... you know when you go to post and it say 'please wait' and then you still not logged in and you have to try to post 3 or 4 time... well, once it finally go through without the "Please Wait" message... it tell Weirda to slow down and have to wait to finally post the message - and then guess what... had forgotten was logged in AGAIN - rinse and repeat. took 4 minute to make one reply - in the end should have probably given up on it! obviously it is not detecting whether or not you have successfully posted. only that you have 'tried' to post from that IP or whatever during that amount of time. maybe will have to FRAPS it
