There's actually quite a profitable commodities market out there, if you're smart enough to play it right.

I bought about 100 million isk worth of mega roughly 5 weeks ago [for ship construction purposes], yet I was too lazy to build a ship.

I've been able to sell it off over the last week or so for a total of 140 million isk.

That's a 40% return in one month for doing absolutely nothing.

If you play it smart, especially when new commodities [for tech 2] items come out, you've got a good way to make money.

I only made 40 mil, but a corp could make ten times as much...

For now, mineral trading is the closest [though still weak] thing we have to a stock market.

this works very well with ships too.

i like the funny traders who sell their ships at dumpingprices. u can sell them for 50-120% more at one time Very Happy or recycle them to make 10-30% profit in their minerals.

the mistakes in the pricewars re very strange, use them Wink . u will see that using the market is like printing ur own money hehe

the market gets destroyed by crazy people who hunt the money, now they ve lost all contact to the moarket and place silly prices. at the end this people give the market back what they ve destroyed.
