Fair enough, ruin the game for me by taking all of the (slight bit) of thrill away when you have a 6 beast chain that you just cannot end. but ffs! give us some notice about it and have the guts to mention it in the patchlog!

It was in a post pre-patch somewhere. Can't remember where but I knew about it. However immediately after the patch one of my corp mates started a spawn while mining/defending himself. So are they really out of the game? Anyone know?

If you want stop respawning of the npc`s warp
out of the belt and warp in again. Works for me.
But havin 8 NPC`s at 1 Belt is really crazy!

Christ, for those of you that DONT get it.

I *like* the chaining, I dont want it to be gone. But it seems that it is.

For whoever mentioned the thread about it, afaik nothing is final till its written in the patchlog. seems thats not the case.

I mentioned the other threads, but there were many threads dedicated to what you complaining about now. We all know that ccp dont put alot of the changes in their patchlog for whatever reason. But by the tone of ur post it sounds like you've just heard about it...

Uhm, if you cant take the 6 beast spawn alone...maybe dont take it. Or do it with two people. But why are you complaining?

The chaining is removed and replaced with more challenging pirates, it's explained in the patch notes, they just neglected to mention that the permaspawn bug is now fixed.

And from what I've seen, which isn't much, they reduced the spawns in 0.4 space to just a single Sentinel instead of the multiple pirates you used to get in the same system.

Even the 0.0 spawn pirates are no challange at all. I'm not boasting, its just a fact. There are no real in game challanges, just time sinks. Thus PvP should be popular, but it isn't due to the time sinks taking too long to re-equip etc.

Well, try some more. We've had 3 spawns at once. 12 NPC cruisers(many of them 50 and 40k) swarming you is NOT healthy, even for your ubah battleship.

3 spawns in one belt is still not a challange when you can just move away from the spawn? Why don't the npc pirates have Micro warp drive , or more than 1 afterburner?

Lastly, chain spawning doesn't work.

well I found out how to do the chain spawn...lose 2 of your weapons to a bug and only have a 650 with 8 drones...I couldn't kill em fast enough before the next wave came in...and oh yes...they were serpentis barons(30k)

Uh yeah, might wanna recheck those results, cause chaining sure as hell still works. I chained a 5 Marauder spawn for an hour and a half yesterday. Warped into the belt, was greeted by 3 Liquidators and 5 Marauders. Since the Liquidators were about 10 clicks away from me, I took them out first. Then I proceeded to kill the Marauders. They respawned nicely. This is an effect of the multiple over-lapping spawns in the same belt. Only of them will respawn. You just have to choose the right one :) I was lucky in this case that the one that was gonna respawn was the Marauders. But apart from that chaining spawns still works just fine.
