Anyone ever tried something like this out?
Fit a ship full of destabalizers, cap boosters, webber, jammer, other electronic warfare.
Would that be worth anything?

You'd need a lot of support to get the damage done. Running into a Raven equiped with FoF Cruise Missiles could still present a lot of problems.

I didnt really think it would be good, was just being optimistic.
So destabalizers are pretty much flippin worthless.
Too hard to fit, too slow compared to cap boosters, and the activation cost is equal to the amount destabalized.
Your right, nos is way better.
I believe this is a case of both NOS being too good and destabalizers being too sucky.

Destabilizers DO remove a lot more energy, and if you use one or two on a battleship, you can remove the cap of most things smaller than you almost instantaneously, and furthermore, at a further range than nos can be activated at.
