i got the following questions:
1. is there a interest in a database that contains escrow offers along with their prices and eventually a history of the offered prices?
2. would you be ready to pay a ingame amount in order to acquire access to such a db?

such a db would provide a nice overview about what items are offered at what prices. (ofc the items that have been bought/are no longer avaible will be displayed/saved)

tia for the ot answers :)

I would be very interested in see this data.

Not sure how much I would pay in my particular small scale industry but I think it's a good idea..

you'd get data similar to this one:
name: price: offers:
Raven Blueprint Copy (has 1 runs left) 14'652'576.9737 76
Apocalypse Blueprint Copy (has 1 runs left) 2'423'529.4118 51
Megathron Blueprint Copy (has 1 runs left) 24'529'508.9744 39
Scorpion Blueprint Copy (has 1 runs left) 41'551'351.2973 37
Tempest Blueprint Copy (has 1 runs left) 1'733'333.3333 36
Bookmark 170'220'545.4545 33
Ferox Blueprint Copy (has 1 runs left) 7'995'078.1250 32

NOTE: this is just average price so overpriced stuff is included and not filtered
if theres more than one item offered in the escrow it will be ignored for obvious reasons.

edit: ofc i didn't post the interesting data like on officer/faction mods :P

I would be more interested in an out-of-game webservice (accessable via the IGB) that provided a way to:

1. auction in-game stuff,
2. allowed people to view price history (previous auctions) of items,
3. allowed people to 'rate' the seller (as per ebay *'s system)

You could look at it as a 'black market' trading system run by a particular Eve Corporation that doesn't cost you broker fee's and taxes but would have an ISK subscription. I'm pretty sure that Concord would make your corp. members KOS when they found out though. ;)

Obviously it would be even better if it could include stuff from the in-game Escro market but other than hiring lots of cheap staff and having them type in updates every 5 minutes I can't think how you would do that.

There isn't a way (I can think of) to address the settlement side of things either.
