Our CEO has left the game and suspended his subscription.

In the voting options we setup a vote to "Expel Member” and all the directors voted yes. (I'm sure there used to be a change CEO vote?).

In the sanction-able actions screen there is the vote result and it shows 100% voted yes etc...

Yet Rubixx our CEO has not been expelled from the corp and attempting to expel him still gives me an "Access Denied" message box.

How do we change our CEO? Getting Rubixx to subscribe for a whole month just to hand over the corp is not really an option.

Have you considered filing a petition? You might be able to describe your problem/situation to a GM. You can do so ingame by pressing f12 to bring up the help window, or here on the EVE-Online website.

I think I have a similar problem.

I created a vote to Unlock a BPO. The vote passed (100%), but the BPO remained locked. I petitioned and got the reply that I should "Apply" the Vote on the Santionable Actions tab. I don't have a "Apply" option when I right click it however, so I replied to the petition again and got told to clear my cache folder. This was yesterday and I haven't tried it yet, but my feeling is that it is not going to work... I'll try it tonight.

Perhaps there is some general problem with Votes?

Votes have to be actioned by the CEO of the corp once they're passed. I believe the _only_ exception is a vote to elect a new CEO.
