2-3 Battleships can reinforce an online small in an hour; I've done it enough times. Taking out a small offline POS wouldn't be much of a problem. Honestly, the OP should just try giving it a shot himself. |

Wouldn't it be best to try to contact the CEO of the offending corporation and see if they are even active? If they have an offline POS they may be willing to sell the spot. Under threat of war (or friendship) they may even be willing to give up the POS.
Diplomacy works, sometimes.
And if you find out that the CEO is truly inactive, then load up your favourite Amarr BS with the highest DPS guns you can muster, and go to town. If he's truly inactive, it'll just take you a few hours of shooting at the POS. You can even do this afk if the guy is truly inactive. |
