New forum. pfff, cant wait till they launch WoD, then Dust, well i am sure Dust first. Then they will realize they should have stuck to the one market they had cornered, and the one product they could have down pat.

But what ever at this point, just from watching there pat me on the back video's, they love to make of themselves. All is lost, so long and thanks for all the fish.

But plz plz CCP, when you sell your products, do not sell to Funcom. They may be the one company that makes you all look like marketing kings or in some cases, Queens.

Would like to think CCP will laugh all the way to the bank, but really-the joke is on them at this point. Sony anyone?

This is a stated fact from ccp itself in its 18 month initiative revelation that stated incarna was taking up too many eve resources and eves core gameplay development had to take a back seat to avatar development.

So wonder why all of a sudden eve development focused on an avatar technology that has absolutely nothing to do with any gameplay mechanic in the game but is 100% transferable to its new mmo?

Actually, I'm pretty sure Dust 514 is consuming a majority of CCP's resources. World of Darkness is still in pre-production, as far as I know.

God forbid that a game company works on other projects.

EVE development hasn't been dumped. As limited as resources may be, CCP still has a team working on EVE. It's a sign that CCP is in no position to abandon their main project anytime soon. Once Dust 514 has been rolled out, I'm sure more resources will be re-allocated to EVE's development.

You people act as if you're entitled to everything you ask for, and yet the only thing CCP asks from its players is a subscription fee, which can be circumvented completely if the player desires. Despite whatever misgivings you may have about EVE's current state, it's still the best persistent MMO available. If you don't like it, the door is always open for you to leave. No one cares.
