1. Use the appropriate damage type (EM for Blood Raiders). The kinetic damage bonus of the drake doesn't compensate for their high kinetic resistances.

2. If you do a passive tank, make it completely passive. Doesn't matter whether your semi-active tank depends on three modules or four - if your capacitor gets drained and those modules stop running, you're just as dead as if you had a fully active tank. Maybe leave one invuln II in there, but that's about it.

3. After you've made your tank completely passive, throw out the cap recharger and replace it with another LSEII.

Problem with Mr Drake is that you can't do a little bit of both with it. It's either full-on passive or a PVP fit.

I do blood exploration myself, and with any of the annexes you must go completely passive, fit a cap booster, or fit a medium NOS. Even some of the anoms in hi-sec neut/nos you...

Just go full passive, watch local and dscan, and you will be fine. The fit below is a standard fully passive drake, it's slow and does crappy DPS but can ignore neuts and will tank the plex so long as you prioritise web/scram frigs, and then highest incoming DPS. In the second room, take down the scramming frigs (your drones) and web towers first (your missiles). Use your range and keep moving away at all times, especially from the warp-in point as Mr Pirate will get a free kill if you don't... ;)

EDIT1: When you pop the stasis towers you get another spawn, if memory serves, they are mostly more neuting cruisers and a couple of BS. The cruisers do little damage outside 25km, and the BSs 35-40km. Keep them at that sort of range.

i would advise phoon, not raven. Active tanking bloodies with shields on T1 ship is ouch.
