Renix Xerar	Posted - 2011.08.12 16:43:00 - [1] Soo I kinda fiddled with a fit for awhile, and I came up with this. Linkage It's "supposed" to be for low sec and/or null sec exploration all-in-one without forcing a refit (lack of stations in null and some low sec areas) Problem with my decision making skills here is that I fiddled with it so much I don't really know how well it could work. Most people would say that dropping the 6th launcher is a serious sacrifice in dps, but as it stands I wouldn't have a 6th launcher on my normal fit, as I'd use the Cap Regen subsystem which drops a high slot for a low slot, which atm I duel rep that layout. This fitting I condensed the reps into the deadspace rep and added another high slot to fit a cloak. As for the mwd, I really don't know how I got that cap stable. It started with fiddling with cap mods then ended with launchers and other stuff. Basically, I ended with a fit that I "think" looks good, but I screwed with it so much that it might be flawed and I need feedback to see what I may or may not be missing.

Billion isk? Where are you buying yours? It's 300m. mwd is for gate/cloak trick, ab in cargo if swapping fittings is possible in the current system. Sigs are easy to bypass if you play it safe and go quiet.. Pretty sure this could handle all low sec sites. Honestly, most sites you find in low sec aren't hard and you can manage with gimped prop turning arc. For the tougher ones, like I said, swapping an AB isn't hard if it's possible atm.
Valetta Vasquez	Posted - 2011.08.13 12:32:00 - [4] The rep is 600 mil at the moment, thats quite pricey for a lowsec ship imo. As for the all in one, I'd like to see at least a Codebreaker in there. At the moment this is just for plexes etc, not an all in one. Mag sites, fair enough, but Radar's I personally wouldn't ignore. I have a similar setup I'm still toying with for WH's, I'm still not decided on a dual rep, or extra launcher though. All in all, I like the setup, but for me it seems pricey for low-null. But hey, if you can afford it, why not?

It was an old fit that had an AB on it that I was twiddling with, so I completely overlooked the AB bonus when I swapped for an mwd. Also, I think it'd be helpful to mention right now that I can get all the faction mods for 40-50% off on a regular basis, the deadspace rep is the only part that is expensive. Which, imo, I don't mind it because you get more bonus than say a CN Invuln for roughly the same price (at the time I came up with it, rep being 300-400m on average) Edit: Atm, the other A-Types are 300-400m on average, they're the same stats, I'd just buy one of those.

Good luck with it... hope my rather downbeat experience is at least useful... It wasn't the sac fit, that one was alright. It's just that those legion fits are pretty gimped. The first one was only good for shooting the mild frigates and cruisers in 2/10s and radar sites with the 3 turrets. But regardless, Legion isn't supposed to be fit with all the mods attached to it at once, nor is any ship. There's a way to make it the perfect all-in-one if you're willing to dock up and change subsystems and mods at some point. I was just fiddling with subsystems and such to see if I could get it as low maintenance as I could. Worst comes to worst, I just fit it the generic way and suffer through only 'sploring in station systems and going through an undock every time I find a worthy system.
