Edited by: Comodore John on 31/07/2011 19:57:58In the event of the auto patcher or sisi launcher tool not working, the following patches will patch you from TQ version to the latest sisi version: WindowsMac Edit: Since some people still can't seem to figure it out, I'll see if I can simplify it. YOU HAVE TO PATCH FROM THE TQ VERSION How to: 1. Copy EVERYTHING in your TQ folder 2. Open your sisi folder 3. Replace your SISI folder with the files in your TQ folder 4. Run appropriate patch linked in this post 5. ??? 6. Welcome to sisi |

Sisi launcher is not up becouse they are doing internal testing still. While getting the base patch by updating the update server call is doable it does not mean the server will be up . |

You have to revert your sisi client to TQ version then run the patch. |

1. Copy TQ folder 2. Open sisi folder 3. Replace sisi stuff with TQ stuff 4. Now on TQ version 5. Run patch 6. Welcome to sisi |

TY kind sir. Your a gentleman and a scholar.
Worked like a charm.
Is this a normal sequence of events I need to comes to grasp with with every new test server patch? |

No usually Sisi launchar works great if using a windows machine. They are working on the #4 client patch that was postponed so they have not updated the sisi launcher to run it yet. As they keep making changes in quick order updating the launcher is not the top priority. When they think they have a stable quality build they will open it up for player testers to try out. |

Edited by: Teutonii on 28/07/2011 16:43:22Still having issues with this... - It was a little while since I'd last accessed SiSi and so was prompted that a new build was available, which I installed. That didn't work.
- I downloaded a brand new fresh installation after removing the old version. That didn't work.
- I've just followed the copy-\TQ-to-\SiSi-and-patch procedure as suggested above. That didn't work.
I keep being told it's an incompatible build but have run out of patches I can find. I'm assuming I'm missing something obvious... [ Edit:] - After reading this post about patch 279845 I've also found the patch link on the server status page. Fingers crossed. |

SisiLauncher and other patching methods should be working now. We apologize that it took as long to sort this out. |
