Ok, I'm looking to buy good industrial pilot(s) specifically for mining. I'm not looking for a Orca/ Rorqual pilot as I really don't intend on using either of those ships for a very long time. The character(s) don't really have to be a super high sp, in-fact I'd prefer them to be lower sp and specialised so my wallet doesn't ***** at me.

Requirements:
- Exhumers 5
- Ice Harvesting 5
- Mining Upgrades 4/5
- Core Skills (Electronics, Engineering, etc)

I wont state my budget as I don't really know how much I intend to spend.
