So I've been around the interwebs and the universe, and it would appear that in the last week hundreds possibly thousands of accounts engaged in RMT or suspected of RMT have been banned. Several Russian boards have 1 to 5 posts regarding banned accounts, my CEO had ALL of his accounts banned. The Portuguese player base seems to have been annihilated completely, and there are two posts on this same forum regarding the same thing. I checked a Vale of the Silent alliance page and he entire first page of their private forums is discussion of banning. CCP is cleaning house!  So next time you level your whine-rifle at CCP consider this: CCP is doing rather than just speaking. That is worth TEN POINTS in my book! Thank you CCP! |

So the evidence of this action is private discussions and private russian forums? Hmm seems nice to make a claim that CCP will not substantiate and back it up with evidence that nobody can access.
6/10 a good try but fails once you put any logic into the claim. |

Theres always this thread just a couple of lines down that explains in more detail whats happening. Im personally glad to see CCP taking action here and while I might not +10 them, I still think they deserve kudos for managing to do something that everyone can approve of (except the botters ofc, and **** them in their monocle socket) |

Im quite impressed with this, finally.
Like it or not, it takes a long time of monitoring accounts to prove 100% that there are macros being used. |

I'd like to know which group they are focussing the banwaves on.
I wish the RMT bull**** wasn't a part of this game. I hope they are focussing more on the Ratting bots, because if the mining bots get taken out, the market prices will rise. |
