Hi, I would like to know if this particular feature of the new turrets is not fully implemented yet or if I'm experiencing a bug, since this is not working for me.

Before some wiseguy replies with "WHO CARES TROLOLOL", I in fact do care about the great artwork in EVE and want to experience it at it's best, which means I want to know whether I should file a bug report or if this not working correctly is for some reason normal or a well known issue.

What turret are you fitting to what ship?

from the CSM minutes for the May summit page 36:

It sounds like there may be oddities in cases where the hull hasn't had its texture updated, but if you give more detail, then it will help.

Basically any kind of Small Blaster won't adjust to the Harpy, Large Blasters won't adjust to the Rokh. I think it's likely your quote explains the reason, thank you for that.
