It's a shame I see many comments flaming this post. Come up with some constructive feedback instead?

As most of you know, CCP is not known for their superb customer care. Today was another day they could have proven otherwise. As simple as it may seem, a reply to our problems (Not being able to login) would have been enough. But again they left their customers in the dark.

Therefor, i created this petition to get our voices heard. I know some people will like it, others will not. But CCP is treating us like customers have no rights..CCP, we are not your friends, family etc we pay you so we do have certain rights. It is nice that the CSM is talking to CCP but it shouldn't have been needed.

THE PETITION: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/ccpwtf/

"This petition is to show CCP that a lot of their customers are not satisfied by their services/game. On the forums, in meetings and pretty much any/everywhere there is too much talking going on and not enough action. CCP might post an apoligy about their behavior but that just doesn't cut it anymore.

With all the updates and fixes going on these days people are getting tired of CCP and their excuses. A simple fix could result in a few hours no game time. The problem these days is that we do not and cannot trust CCP anymore. They are making mistakes when it comes to:

    [*]Fixes/updates
    [*]Communication
    [*]Future plans
    [*]etc etc tec

It is nice that the CSM talks with CCP but it is still talk, and after the talks things still continue as usual.

People say: "Are you ****ed and crying about not being able to play?"
Answer: "No, is it wrong to try to do something?I love eve, but the customer service is poor at best. A lot of people think of this as just a game, fun etc. But you do pay for it. If you pay for something in the store and it doesn't work, would you do nothing? If your internet is offline, would you just accept it and wait till it comes online? No you wouldn't, cause it is something you pay for too."

Question: "It's in the eula and TOS so why complain?"
Answer: "Companies can put anything they want in the EULA and TOS it doesn't mean they are legally correct and have no obligations. Learn the law, there are (consumer laws&Rights) basic fundamental laws in europ/the world that all companies have to abide by."

Stop assuming, I am a cry baby that wants to play. In game I trade, so I can wait while my buy orders just do their magic, im in no hurry.
Why do some gamers flame when people are trying help? Creating a petition will make CCP listen, if you don't care about all the problems, then just don't reply or just sit
there and do nothing. I don't flame on you so why would you?

It is not a game, it is a product. You PAY for it. And I'm trying to help improve it, what have you done lately?

Example's

When you bring your car for servicing at the garage they fix your car (game) but later it turns out it is still broken, would you say "Ah, that is ok, no worries fix it whenever you can.." ?
Would you accept it if they do not call you to let you know what is wrong with your car? Or if they do not return your calls?

Today my internet went down. I called them up, they apoligize, put it up on their website (200 households without internet) put a start time of the internet dc and the time it might take or just unknown.
They let me know what they are going to do and how they are going to fix it (also max time). Because i reported the internet problem, the other households can view it online and they know what is happening.
Thats customer service and the least we should ask for.

It's time to step up, make your voice heard in this petition so CCP can see how many people are NOT satisfied

The problem you will find is that the voice of those who are ****ed is usually louder than the voice of those you don't care much about it.

so yes when you think of the hysteria on the forums it's because they are upset... how many happy threads are there when CCP provide you a smooth server 23hours of every day? (with the exception of course with today's mishap) which BTW they did keep us informed while they looked for a solution.

To be honest I'd like to see you do a lot better Graphiso, Go on... make you're own game like eve and then people can **** and moan on your forums like whiny little *****es!

While I assume CCP does like our money and attention so a petition with enough signatures or an epic threadnaught would impact things.

But Dude Seriously, there is a sticky right there saying they have issues with the server. Lets all just relax and have a coke. I do believe that CCP has had a bad week or two, lets hope next news is good news!

On another note... read the EULA and TOS.

I'm pretty sure they state they will do their best to insure a connection, but can not guarantee 24/7 access.

They were applying a hotfix patch to try and deal with some of the issues from incarna. and it backfired, at least they are trying. soo... STFU and go watch some more PRON!

Wow! What a cool site... I have never heard of www.ipetitions.com until this post. Thanks Graphiso! I'm going to file a petition against McDonalds, last time I was there I didn't get enough pickles on my cheeseburger. Seriously Graphiso, check your hardware and upgrade if needed. CCP is moving forward with Technology and so should everyone else that plays EVE.

There's a very simple way to get CCP to listen, stop giving them money, I've been toying with the idea of getting more PLEX for this game but I honestly can't be bothered, any other company that actually gave a damn would be blazing away with the patches fixing as much as they could and taking in new ideas, I do believe that CCP are using very much the same tactics SOE used with Pre-Cu SWG. The developers behind perpetuum online sound like a much better choice because of their work and business ethic alone.

I am glad they said they aren't doing micro-transactions and if they aren't continuing all the better, but this game is broken and I don't want to pay money for a broken game, as for the idiots who think it's somehow morally wrong to use the game time you have left to play the game you hate, **** off, I paid money for this game and I won't be able to get a refund for it, if you want to give me the 34.99 euro I used then I'll happily leave. However until my 42 days are up I'll happily sit here *****ing and attempting to play what bits of unbroken game I can.

I have no complains about happenings today, i was informed by CCP what is happening when i asked. They even responsed my further questions.

I have nothing bad to say about CCP customer support on this issue, they handled it well, at least on my viewpoint.

I find it funny that every time we have an unexpected extension of down time that CCP usually has a sticky up with constant updates as to its progress and when they think it will be live and yet we still always get these people...Rolling Eyes

The government and the law have absolutely no idea how the games industry works and operated, they have been bought and paid for by corporations, the only way to beat them is through the free market.

This was really okay when they ****ed up,
but that now is just crossing the line.

You're a greedy, egoistic ****wad.

If you're not happy with the game ... then leave, *******.
