Am I forgetting anyone? You can see what those fancy monocle owners look like now just by looking them up. Or gank them to your hearts content if you wish as I heard they drop faction/complex loot and wear shiney implants. And these people are all confirmed to own monocles by looking at their portrait, and I did not include a single person who said they owned one but was not wearing it.
BTW never saw any forum rule saying I can't post names of monocle owners or anything remotely similar. Though if I did break something, send me a link to it please so I can at least look at it. |

That was the rumor.. how about it PL? I suspect they won't actually follow thru because IIRC it was a 'recruitment ban' They will just do what CCP does, be vague so they can interpret it however they want. Since this guy is in PL already.... they will keep him. After all, they need those pay-to-win types right? |

Clueless OP is Clueless. Problems surrounding EVE Online and CCP Games go much farther, and much deeper than absurdly priced cosmetic itens on EVE's virtual store. And, like all good sheep, you seem to look a scapegoat where you can unleash your rage in look of something that can be done.
Overpriced monocles are not the problem. Hell, they are not even a problem. I actually find the concept behind their pricing to be pretty cool. If you - with all your purposed forum warmorgering - was unable to discover what the real problems we are facing as a playerbase with the myriad of threads around, then it certainly won't be me the humble one to enlighten you.
I have no monocle, but i intend on getting one in the near to not-so-near future. So add me to your list, and come kill me if you can. |

You could shoot a statue-that-never-dies all day long out of protest, or you could hunt down monocle owners.
I think the latter is more productive.
Hell, I think it would be an even better idea to collect the assets of ragequitting players and put them into anti-monocle bounties.
Then again, you could also say you will do the above, and when you get enough assets.... buy a monocle.

You just add the names here to your contacts list, does not need looking at portraits. And you know, there is always someone in a fleet who knows who is wearing one. It is bound to happen. Truth really is, all those kids who are sticking their heads out with a monocle have realized that they are a damn small minority and have begun to regret it. They only do not know what to do and so they in a way shout out "shoot me" here on the forums. They are not really looking for attention, they want help. |

Maybe if you put some more effort into it you could create a list of scum that bought the monocle and then sell the list for ISK to alliances so they can use it as a black list.
If I were in charge of recruitment I'd surely be willing to pay you a few hundred mil ISK to save me some effort. |
