Lets say that the impacts upon the economy can be avoided. Say the NEX will function in the same way as a Loyalty Point store.

i.e.
Scorpion + 15,000 AUR = Ishkone Watch Scorpion, or
15,000 AUR = T3 Frigate BPC or
5000 Fusion L + 2,000 AUR = 5000 SUPER Fusion L.

In theory. None of these examples remove the need for something to be produced by the player for the finished item to be generated. What sets these apart from say, the LP stores, or T3 Cruiser production, or other faction ship BPCs? It's the fact that all these items are integrated into a wider game mechanic. ACTUAL GAME PLAY.

i.e.
Exploration, faction epic arcs, faction warefare (the latter two still unfinished / in need of love LOL wat).
Wormholes (and all mechanics therein), the whole T3 production cycle.
Mission running, gaining standings etc.

Allowing these items into the game, may not break the economy and may not be all that different from a LP store. But what is different is that its LAZY DEVELOPMENT. There is no content involved in attaining these items, no FUN to be had. WE WANT FEATURES. This is what I pay to play for.

Wormholes were and still are an excellent feature. MORE OF THIS PLEASE CCP NOT MORE NEX.
