Mission Specific Hardener II
Capacitor Power Relay II

[Rigs]
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I

[Drones]
5 Ogre II
5 Wasp II
5 Hobgoblin II
4 Berserker II

This is the setup, cap stable.

[How to use it]
The usage of a Lazy Whale follows a very simple schedule
1. Warp in
2. Aggro all
3. Send drones
You may now go afk dinner :)

In some missions you can add
1.5 Lock and kill webbers/scramblers with Hobgoblin II
If eg. your drones tracking isnt high enough or you fear the mission might be too much.

Some missions is naturally lame and not afk'able so you should avoid those as they are not worth your afk Very Happy

Forgot to mention the salvager + tractor beam is there, should you not wish to go afk but sit and look at how the mission completes itself Cool

Why troll? Probably because it's a fairly well-known way to run. But that doesn't make it invalid.

Depending on the mission you'll get a slightly better still cap stable fit by dropping a hardener for another CPR and dropping two CCCs for two ANPs. And personally I'd prefer to swap one DNC for an omni to help Ogre IIs hit smaller ships.

I've personally never seen the use of fitting the highs with tractors/salvagers if you're doing to be AFK as, well, you can't use them AFK. And slow boating to within 20km of a wreck to salvage is... painful. If you were going to do it anyway I'd probably swap a Salvager II for another tractor.

We have been running similar setups since rigs came out... what... 3 years ago? 4? can't remember anymore. That being said, omni's will do you more good than drone nav computers, or you can drop them and swap rigs for better tank (what I generally recommend). Your fit won't hold up afk to all missions, especially angel/drone/merc missions.

The nav cpu vs omnidir debate is probably up to taste and skill levels. A point could be argued that if you have really high skills your drones kill ships in less firing cycles and the travel time becomes more important, hence nav cpu ftw, whereas at low skill levels you can benefit from the omni's by being able to kill in fewer pew pew cycles.

I kind of like using omni's since that means my ogre IIs rip through anything really. And they have a faction variant which is pretty sweet.

To add to your tanking you can orbit one of your own drones at 20 km, it gives you speed/transversal and all.
