CSM members have been some of the most visible and articulate voices throughout this whole mess. I'm happy to have them.

Theyre doing the best they can im sure. Played with Seleene in BDCI for years and years(whats up Mark, SJ here) and hes an A+ guy that loves the game and wants the best for it. Ive got full confidencd they'll do what they can where their hands arent tied.

But yeah White Tree seems to come off a bit arogant and douchey, but dont let 1 person ruin the whole group.

We're not getting as much information as we'd like. We could have a more defined and solid answer to this if we had all of the variables in-hand to make a statement. What we can and are gauging are the players reactions to this. We need to take several factors into account such as statistical data that CCP provides to us as well as how loud the reaction from the playerbase is and whether or not a large number of people are clearly upset or whether or not a relatively small number of people are banging pots and pans really loudly. I'm not saying they are, but we need to take these sorts of things into account.

Right now we're seeing a LOT of negativity so we're probably going to act on that but we also see a side the players don't: The dialog we have with CCP and what little information we've gotten from them is information we obviously can't repeat. For us we're talking a tightrope with a lot of the issues and attempting to collect the data and format it in a way we can use.

However, make no mistake: The CSM is on the side of the players and we understand that when you guys are upset, and when you're THIS upset then something has gone horribly wrong. We're working with CCP to express your concerns and ours.

Whether or not you trust us to do that is an issue that remains in your court. We're trying to figure this out, give us a little bit of time <3

I'm pretty sure this is about the 4th "Where is the CSM" thread that has been found and posted in by your CSM. We are here, we are working really fing hard to talk to CCP and make sure that the views of the players are understood.

Thats good to hear but for those of us that havent been around for a long time its hard to keep track of random blogs. Is there an easy way to find all your blogs? I just want to know when CCP are going to talk to us.

ATM we're trying to get information in any way we can. However, the timeline of all this means that CCP is pretty much using what time they DO have to formulate a response. Hopefully one that takes this situation as seriously as it deserves to be taken.

This, you have heard it from the CEO's hands. What we say means nothing. What we do is all he cares about. Resign and un-sub, the media backlash will do more than you remaining on the CSM will.
