I have canceled this account that has been my main since early 2006. I will be cancelling my other two accounts shortly and will post to this thread when I do.
Just so we are clear, I canceled due to the recent 0.0 anomaly nerf that makes 0.0 PvE worthless. I liked running anoms and making good isk and I was good at it. Now my manner of play has been ruined (so much for the sandbox idea CCP). I have paid by the year for my subs, I don't use isk to pay for the game so simply put less isk in my wallet means less fun in the game. I'm a 45 year old male, I have a family and a career and I don't have 6-12 hours a day to grind for isk...I need to be able to accomplish something meaningful in a couple or maybe a few hours.
CCP has totally failed us. Their demise will be as spectacular as their rise was. RIP Eve... |

if the count is accurate (in terms of actual unsubs and not BS), ccp won't be getting somewhere in the neighborhood of $60,000 (US) per month, that's roughly one dev's yearly salary. |

I should have just waited, I would have never resubbed to begin with if I knew they were talking about this ****. After a few years of playing I made the hardest choice (that CCP made easy) and that was to cancel my two subscriptions. I once held this company to be better than some like SOE, but now I realize that it was just a farce and they don't even respect their clients. The way they have treated those who pay to keep their game running is unbelievable, and while having the CSM come to Iceland is a fair idea, at the end of the day it is just buying time for the inevitable and that is P2W. While this approach is plausible in a free-to-play setting, we are currently paying a premium and as such we should be able to enjoy all of the content they create for this game. I once believed CCP when they claimed no MT is the future of EVE, but that future was a lie and I no longer want to be a part of it. |

unsub 1 acc , goes off line in 2 weeks
the other 3 acc have 4 months , 8 months and 8 months.
Will most likely roll back to 2 acc in oct and then come march next year it will prob be game over at this rate. Might have to go out to the lounge room and meet the family lol.
