Come now, there's more variation to it than you give credit for. At least one of those avatars deserves to be called 'milf' rather than 'big breasted thin woman'.

It's not unnatural - it's also not a counter point to sexuality >.>

i wonder, do you even take your own words serious? i sure hope you don't

quite a twisted mind to jump from a bigot to a women/gay rights defender and back again multiple times

to be fair, quite a twisted mind to take any of the previous posts by others as racist/anti women/anti gay, ....

i really hope for you that you don't take your own words here serious, otherwise the therapist you inevitably will have to go to will become very, very rich (can i be that therapist/have your stuff?)

Very entertaining thread to read right after waking up. It's always refreshing to be called a sexist pervert simply because I went female rather than male.

a) different sexuality is normal + different body sizes is normal

or

b) different body sizes are disgusting + different sexuality's are disgusting

Go hand in hand. Its all about the hatred of people different from yourself.

I also note before editing you describe saggy breasts as "unhealthy". A natural effect of ageing, activity and childbirth is "unhealthy" is it.

There are some right facists on these forums. And I am the one for getting abuse for standing up to them.

Wait, op, seriously why didn't the old avatar bother you? I mean a lot of people stayed faceless since they couldn't recreate their old characters. But you seem to think having an avatar at all is somehow not eve. Eve has had avatar scouring since day 1 they just added a body to the face.

So what's there to complain about in your case?

Fair point. However

We had a tiny portrait nobody really ever saw.

In local, portraits were faceless automatically - now they force you to look at them unless you indulge in machine code manipulations to stop them. Stay in jita for 4 hours afk and you will have 40 thousand sepearte files thrust onto your harddrive.

There was no money grab buy a fancy hat going on.

The portrait was a functional, non intrusive non resource hugging way of putting a face on a ship for those who were interested. Great.

Forced Avatars are the thin end of the wedge, and mine, and many other refuseniks principled stand against it is taken away in this patch, wherby you "will not be able to continue past login screen without an avatar"

CCP assured us for years the whole barbie dolls in space thing would be optional.. they lied.ughExclamationExclamation

Todays patch heralds the forced removal of our rights not to particiapate in incarna as promised by CCP throughout the years.

"As for you men with female toons, you disgust me" "I can barely bring myself to reply to you. You repulse me." etc.
"Its all about the hatred of people different from yourself."

You have proved that point applies to you, no one else in this thread has shown hatred however.

Cheers !

Sorry OP, I don't think you're going to get much sympathy here because of the simple fact that...

Eve Online is a GAME, not a forum for your political and/or personal agenda. It is likewise not an appropriate place to shout from your soapbox.

You are of course welcome to use it for these purposes, but the rest of us (most of us anyway) are here to be entertained by a game, not to witness and/or join in on a protest.

Good effort though.

I am very serious.

I bet you spent many hours aranging your beefcake avatar just so. May I say what a jaunty angle you have arranged your head. And what deliscious pecs you have. Your green tee shirt suits the background perfectly darling.

I however, play eve to fight. I have no interest in dress up. They told me it was a cold dark universe, not a fricking Gap store.

As for you men with female toons, you disgust me

That's a bit odd. You were really out there in space and fighting then you woud look somehow, right? You would be a person and you would look a certain way. You could give a rats ass wether you're pretty or not, but you would still have some kind of appearance and not just be a shadow.

having a face is not Incarna, walking around with it is

you will be able to still do all the station stuff w/o moving or walking and you can turn off station environment for that.

WRONG

And THIS is what I mean by the thin end of the wedge.

The "station environment" option is a TEMPORARY fix to problems caused by people multi clienting in station with crappy pcs.

It WILL BE TURNED OFF when they have updated their minimum spec page.

Then you WILL HAVE TO participate in barbies in space to get anything done.

Classic incrementalisation by CCP staff, slowly turning up the heat whilst the frogs dont notice.

I have avoided ccps silly frippery for many months
I have suffered the nag box and come out victorious
I have remained faceless, shoeless, crap tatto less, and double breasted velvet jacket less

I am here to fight, not select suitibale make up and lighting for my portrait

NOW THEY WILL FORCE ME TO CHOOSE A FACE

THIS IS DISGUISTING

BRING BACK EVE

I'm confident you had an avatar before the new character creator and didn't cry about that.
