I'm in Germany on a 16Mbps connection with t-com (german telekom) and the stream even cuts out on "low". Sad

Anyone else got the same problems (perhaps with same provider)?

And yes, nothing else blocks the pipe.

Edit: Perhaps oversaturated peering with that ISP?

No problems whatsoever, 24mbit connection, in Finland, watching on high.

Unwatchable, every time the matches start, the used bandwidth plummets and stream halts. User spike on match start?
I hope that tomorrow will be better...

Relatively low connection here, HQ is running smooth.
I had the same issue last year. was able to run it smooth and then suddenly it all lagged up, no clue why.

8Mbps and having no probs with high stream. Many stream cuts last weekend on all settings, so something must have changed this week

Ok really seems to be a problem on my side (ISP peering? every other service streams fine), if the rest of europe an the usa have no probs. Oh well I guess I'll have to wait for the youtube encodes.

The stream here was working on high, now I drop out every 30 seconds on low.

Oddly enough, i am getting a better stream on the 'high' setting, than i was on the 'medium'. The medium one was skipping quite a bit, but the high one is working better

Also in Germany, 16mbit with Arcor/Vodafone, high quality stream running with no problems whatsoever.
So yes, T-kom sucks once more.
