I have encountered two issues that CCP GM's acknowledged as issues.

When a system node is under HEAVY loading (like a large fleet for Hulkageddon for example)... Some things fail to work such as...

Kill rights, if you are killed in a system with heavy loading, you do NOT always get kill rights on that person... The GM also said there is no TOOL that allows them to fix the Kill Rights, so, can you write a TOOL for the GM's to fix this until the problem is fixed?

If you are pod killed you can end up back in your med clone station without losing any Skill points med clone. (this one I have no problem with :D)

Is CCP trying to fix these issues with game mechanics not working under heavy load?

Anybody from CCP like to comment on these 2 issues that seem to happen when a large number of happenings are in a system?

Just had another issue, had Angel Extravaganza Level 4, not finished just at Downtime, relogged on after downtime, mission is dissappeared but still active and not completed.

Petition craeted, mission ended without penalty. GM was UNABLE to reset it because "they do not have the tools".

I ask CCP why does the GM's not have the tools they NEED to work around BUGS?

A solution to this was covered in a dev blog two months ago.

Time Dilation:

GM is inexperienced if this is true (not sure, considering your track record). I've had plenty of missions resent for various reasons (including downtime disappearances).

I was told it was ended without penalty, i asked for it to be reset, i was told there was no tools for this. So I lost 10m isk in a bonus room, and sec gain and the LP and the rewards due to inexperienced GM?

As for time dilation for heavy loads, we can just jump in a large fleet, in out in out in out to time dilate grief. Undocking times will be increased, and player station raids will take 10 times longer, I suppose that is better than missing event messages like Kill rights and agro timers and so on, wait perhaps we can use time dilation to extend somebody's agony, 1600 vs 1 in Hulkageddon, station camps at Jita, time dilated. Awesome.

I can see time dilation can be useful grief tactic in systems like Jita :)

So if the situation is you have upgraded your med clone so that you do not lose any SP, is your question why don't I lose any SP?

Or if it is - I have upgraded my med clone and I don't lose any t3 associated skills when I "die" why not?

If it is the last one, then you should lose SP - and if you don't - PROFIT!!!
