My optimal gange is 2300m i'm 2300m.
My max angular velocity is 0.1457. i meet that requirement.
Target is cruiser. I'm cruiser.

Would anyone knidly point out why i can't hit my target properly?

Double check the tracking speed on your guns. 1.1457 is highly improbable for a cruiser, and probably any other ship too.

Let me take a wild guess and say your weapons is an auto cannon.
Blaster and Autocannons were designed to "Live in Falloff"

IE engaging at optimum is going to result in alot of tracking misses. But they have fall off ranges that far exceed optimal range.
A better rule of thumb for such weapons is to engage at whatever your falloff range is.

If your weapon tracking equals the angular velocity (and your weapon resolution is same as target sig radius, and you are within optimal range), you get a 50% hit chance, not a 100% hit chance.
Average DPS dealt is even lower, somewhere around 40%, since the better quality shots (except wreckings) will no longer happen.
To get a high hit chance, your weapon tracking needs to be several times higher than angular. Or the target needs to have a sig several times higher than your weapon resolution.
