How long is a group allowed to perma-camp someone's log off spot before it is considered player harassment?

Never. You consented to PVP the second you undocked.

Surprise-penetration cages seem to be a valid tactic. At least when the big alliances do it.

Maybe it's time to take the pod-express out of the one you are caught in.

Specifically targeting a pilot non-stop is considered player harassment. Going specifically for them 23/7 is against the EULA is it not? If I stalked a player violencing their boat whenever they logged in day in and day out, that would fall under player harassment. Why does it matter what ship they are in? What system they happen to be in? So there is exceptions to this rule now?

The Maroon is a bit of a giveaway, as is the blatant use of the 'it's griefing and against the EULA' angle but I give this a 2/10. Next time try to make the 'situation' more amusing.

The maroon you're using constantly can be considered as player harassment.

Lol, you aren't very good at this are you. Try to maintain your cool.

As for your question, they can camp you in indefinitely as long as they have a reason. If that reason is to destroy your ships / reduce your assets then that is fine.

You are probably taking some generic definition of 'griefing' and trying to apply it to Eve Online where it does not apply.

I'd normally ask follow up questions about the players and give advice as to how to deal with the situation.

This time I'll just say that people who post in maroon need to ragequit. Buh bye.

How did they find your log-off safespot?

You could look at it another way- you are pinning down a group of players while not even logged on. That's like afk cloaking isn't it?Laughing

Calling it now: OP is a NC supercap pilot who logged in space camped by some of those nasty Russians. You have several options OP:

Leave it a few days. Go and enjoy the outside world and when you get back your oppressors will have left.
Get some friends to come and clear the camp (but who'd do that in this Massively Multiplayer experience).
Kill yourself (in game).

In other words, stop being a babby.

You should always submit a petion under Rules and Policies if you feel you are being harassed and a GM will investigate for you.

You post in maroon - endless harassment and continual destruction of your assets is too good for you.

The real issue is ships disappearing after 15 minutes of logging off. If they changed it to never disappearing if your being agressed by another player, this thread would not exist. Very Happy
