Do it your self.
Press ESC and take it off your self.
CCP needs to remove the lock target when you double click inspace.
We use double click to maneuver our ships and this is messing up our game play. |

Nobody wants to lock with ctrl+click? What the hell planet are you from? crtl+click for lock and ctrl+shift+click for unlock is one of the good things CCP managed to accidentally do every now and again. |

Ctrl-click is fine, but when you have something selected, and you most always have something selected and you want you press ctrl without the click, it still locks, which is annoying.
Eve controls are already garbage for the elite player who wants to do a lot of different maneuvers this doesn't help. it also break from the natural "feel" of the controls for the rest of the features.
Empire people know how often and unintentionally the station is locked when they are pvping around a station. Same for stargates. |

I'm not talking bout normal CRTL + click to lock stuff, I do that all the time, but then if you just left click on somethng it auto targets it |

Would be nice to turn that off. Ive almost shot accell gates before. I thought it was a problem with my computer honestly. |

They've turned it into toggle switch once you hit it, it locks everything. I do wish they would remove that, and put it back the way it was as a push and hold button. This way is QUITE annoying CCP PLEASE FIX THIS!!  |

You can remove the hotkey for it now thru the shortcut section of the escape menu.
Its under Shortcut -> combat -> lock |

Weird, worked for me. However I now need to use the buttons to target. Its a lot less annoying for now however. |

is this somehow related to the other UI f*ckups CCP produced in the recent patch??
For example, my ship starts approaching things randomly without doubleclick on them?? Very annoying all this.

Yup, the same way your camera looks at anything you click on when you look at something once, its locked. Really really idea when your trying to take on 10 enemies |
