Either one filled with mineral oil for cooling [the oil doesn't conduct electricity] Also I want an optical computer [using lasers instead of wires] which will be a future thing.

I saved my C64 1541 floppy drive for 23 years and turned it into an HTPC. It fits a micro ATX form factor mobo and a small power supply. Getting the cooling right was tough, there's no airflow to the thing. I also saved my Atrai 2600 and used that for the 'front panel' stuff. It has an SSD, blu ray player and USB ports.

You are just a lost soul who has never had crappy framerates because of their crappy monitor.

The news here being that your crappy human eyes could not possibly even hope to perceive any objective difference anywhere near the kilohertz range, let alone megahertz or gigahertz.

The eye no but as for the optic nerve? Being able to perceive the world at gigahertz ranges would be pretty cool, assuming your visual cortex didn't just explode.

I think it would be quite hard to make it literally explode, unless it suddenly heated up far beyond the boiling point of water and the resulting shockwave of steam caused it to disintegrate.
