The new contract interface is so functional and well done I really want to thank CCP for this very needed upgrade. I had complained a number of times and was thrilled to see the new interface.

This is a clear example of how to make an enormous improvement in the game without doing a whole revision update, although those are nice. We have been through so many new versions of EVE, and all that time, the old clunky contract interface was never improved. Thank you for a very needed revision.

Next? There are other "simple" but very needed improvements. An example is a trader (tycoon) with over 300 open buy/sell orders on just one character and not having the REGION listed in the markets tab is ludicrous, just like the old contract interface. It wastes so much time trying to do a price check for 300 + orders, and some systems that are not memorized you have to look up the region. Even if you know the region by the system name, you still have to go through each order one by one to see if that order is in the current region. If a new interface has the REGION in a column (sortable), we could then sort by region and only check those orders in the current region we are in. A huge amount of wasted time could then be converted into fun game play.

These are the types of improvements that make game play smooth and enjoyable. The old contract interface and the current markets interface make things more of a chore, so I hope CCP continues to refine some old interfaces (of which many need refined and given more sorts) and not concentrate just on bringing out new versions of EVE.
