This is basically core competency elite without awu 5. I currently have a Intelligence, memory set up for cybernetics 5. And the fastest route to train these skills. Seeing as I will be training spaceship command, gunnery, and missle skills after this. Would it be worth while to remap perception willpower. Or balanced stats? I will be training some basic leadership and social skills after this as well.

I know o.0, i said fastest to train this. I wasn't talking about every skill individually or that I put only int memory skills in the plan.

After per/will you want to train basic leadership and social skills after that?
Your Skill plan is basically the same as what I am doing now, 9 months of a balanced Int/Mem. I have been taking the relevant skills to V, this include Drones, Navigation, Electronic and Mechanic.
I have enough , except the spaceship command V,for elite core certificate now, even AWU V, bless the realocation of skill points by erasing the learning skill, I used it all up on that.
Will get Spaceship command V when I switch to Per/Will,perception heavy, in maybe another 3 months? Going to take the spaceship command, gunnery and missiles to V after that.
The only difference with your plan is that I will remap, for the third stage, to will/per, willpower heavy, cause I want the T2 ship skills to be at lvl V, I dont really regard basic leadership skill and social as worth the cost of a remap. Definitely will take leadership skill for what is necessary to fly the command ship line though.
I see mine as the best use of remap imo, however it is really a pain in the ass not being able to fly better ship than the slicer and the arbitrator. However drones are Mem/int, so I dont lose my offensive point with the Int/mem attribute. Downside is having to be stuck inside empire space, been missioning in high sec and ratting in low sec for a long time now. I hope I will gain the satisfaction as I see the cost of waiting a year for another chance of remap the more evil option. Pick your poison.

Drones are memory perception o.0. And I don't want to be stuck in cruiser / frigate sized ships for a year... lol.

The memory is the main attribute for drones and with a balanced Int/Mem, its not an unbearable loss of sp/hour considering that my first remap would have taken into account the first player experimentation stage to find its niche, players will invest in a broad category of skills, and at that time the learning skill need Int/Mem.
My reasoning was that I can use the year long time to grind standing, a lvl 2 agent, but 4 lvl 2 mission on one station taken all at once prove to be a higher rate of standing gain that one lvl 3 agent mission taken once every time, less skill point to tackle as well and effort. So what I did is not for everyone, but my focus was on not wasting the remap opportunity.
The standing would also be useful for a lot of isk making opportunities in higher lvl of play.

Either go all in on Int/Memory - Perc/Will skills for a year, or if you are newer do the balanced Int/Per and get reasonable training on just about every skill group... if your newer I'd do the Int/Per for a year and then go all in Per/Will personally
