im selling my legion and getting a tengu. the legion is bad for PVE and decent for C1 and C2 PVE.
to kill the legion all you need is one of three things, neut, jam, or tracking disruption. and for PVE legion, neut and tracking disuption happens ALOT, especially with the NPC tracking disuption boost

its the only caldari missile ship thats any good/fun to fly, dont nerf it. it needs huge bonuses because missiles are crappy.

What you kill is whatever you feel you can kill, say solo bc, cruisers and buffer fit bs.
The cloaky proteus waits until it see's something it can see say a solo hurricane, it decloaks next to it, tackles and melts it, then loots, cloaks and warps to wherever.

The Tengu is great in gangs where there are loads of them, the same as with Drakes. In the hands of a good pilot they are great in the 100mn AB fit but they arent overpowered as heavily as you say.

pve players are the main target, dont try to say its primary goal is to attack pvp fit players

while it could kill a solo bc, it cant do it quickly before help arrives, it cant disengage if the solo bc turns out to be a bait bc and in some cases, a bc could actually give it a run for its money.

A slaved cane can do around 670 dps and has 102K ehp. ham drake 600 at 90k ehp

pretty close.

What they should do is restore the old bonuses. Way back when there were only 3 subsystems of each type, the accelerate launcher bay just had the damage bonus and the rifling launcher pattern had the range bonus. bring that back, and we have to choose between DPS and range like you usually have to do, potentially improving the viability of the other subsystems, and at the same time would let an ECM Tengu have some bite at range.
