It doesnt really matter what you believe. For your character to be a perfect hulk pilot youd also need cybernetics V. And the norm for me is 1.8B per Hulk and id be useing your character for ice mining and it does not yet have ice mining V. So i will say 1.9b and not a cent higher. |

Thanks for your opinion. I do need cybernetics 5 and thats the skill I was talking about above. Ice mining is ok but not required. But your not going to find a char like this for 1.8-2b lol. You buy 4m sp fail hulks with exhumers 3 for 1.8b. |
